Diplomová práce sestává ze dvou částí, části teoretické a praktické. Teoretická část diplomové práce se zabývá všeobecným popisem základnových stanic veřejné telekomunikační mobilní sítě, jejich konstrukcí, servisem, výstavbou a požadavky na pracovníky. Praktická část sestává z provedení auditu společnosti z hlediska prevence rizik na základnových stanicích, vyhodnocení auditu a doporučení opatření ke zlepšení. This master thesis consist of two parts, theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with the general description of the base stations of mobile public telecommunication networks, their structure, maintenance, construction and staff requirements. The practical part consists of performing an audit of the company in terms of risk prevention at base stations, audit evaluation and recommendation for improvement.
