Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na motivační systém ve vybrané MLM společnosti. Analyzuje existující motivační systém a zjišťuje zpětnou vazbu od členů společnosti pomocí rozhovorů a dotazníků. Obsahuje návrhy na zlepšení motivačního systému, které mají vést ke zvýšení týmové produkce. The diploma thesis focuses on the motivation system in a selected MLM company. It analyzes the existing motivation system and surveys of the feedback from members of the company using interviews and questionnaires. It contains proposal to improve the motivation system which should lead to an increase in team production.
