Cílem práce je navrhnout možnosti financování investice do pořízení nového domu pro reklamní agenturu MEDIA design, s. r. o. Dále pak zhodnotit finanční situaci podniku a vytvořit z ní vycházející investiční plán. The goal of the submitted theis is to suggest investment in real estate for brand agency MEDIA design, s. r. o. The next step is to appreciate the financial situation of the company and to compose the new investment plan.
