Bylo provedeno měření vertikálně vázaného kruhového mikrorezonátoru vytvořeném Si.sub.3./sub.N.sub.4./sub.-SiO.sub.2./sub. technologií pomocí jemně laditelného polovodičového laseru. Byla změřena spektrální odezva vyčleňovacího portu mikrorezonátoru a spočítány důležité parametry jako jsou jemnost mikrorezonátoru, vzdálenost rezonančních frekvencí mikrorezonátoru a grupový efektivní index. A vertically coupled microring resonator based on Si.sub.3./sub.N.sub.4./sub.-SiO.sub.2./sub. technology was characterized by a tunable sem iconductor laser. The drop spectral responses were measured and resonator finesse, free spectral range and group effective index were determined.
