Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje problematice syndromu vyhoření. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. První, teoretická část vymezuje pojmy syndromu vyhoření, jeho rizika, příznaky, fáze a léčbu. Druhá, praktická část se zabývá výzkumem v gastronomii a v pomáhajících profesích pomocí MBI dotazníku. Její cílem je zjistit míru vyhoření zkoumaného vzorku v závislosti na pohlaví, věkové skupiny a délce praxe. Výsledky analyzovat a určit, jaká skupina je ohroženější. This thesis deals with the issue of burnout. The work is divided into two parts. The theoretical part defines the concepts of burnout, its risks, symptoms, stages and treatment. The second part deals with research in gastronomy and in the helping professions through MBI questionnaire. Its aim is to determine the level of burnout of the sample according to gender, age group and length of practice. Results analyze and determine which group is more vulnerable.
