Tato bakalářská práce popisuje problematiku IT podpory řízení lékárny. Cílem této práce je identifikace stavu nabídky IT řešení pro podporu řízení lékárny. Pro dosažení cíle jsem nejprve nadefinoval prostředí vybrané lékárny a dále specifikoval její obchodní činnost. Dále jsem analyzoval obchodní procesy podle metodiky MMABP a prozkoumal informační potřebu. Následně jsem provedl průzkum trhu pro IT podporu této oblasti. Výsledek této práce by měl pomoci lékárnám s výběrem vhodného řešení IT podpory řízení lékárny. This Bachelor Thesis describes the IT management support pharmacy. The goal of my work is to identify the state of supply IT solutions to support the management of pharmacies. To achieve the goal, I first defined an surroundings of selected pharmacy and then I specified its business. I also analyzed the business processes according to the MMABP methodology and examined the information need. Then I conducted market research for IT support in this area. The result of this work should help pharmacies with choosing the right IT support solutions.
