The present study is focused on the solubility of solutes during their extraction from plants, which is affected by vegetable matrix and co-extracted substances and therefore it may substantially differ from the solubility of pure solutes in CO2. Studie zkoumá rozpustnost látek v rozpouštědle během superkritické extrakce z rostlin. Tato rozpustnost se může výrazně lišit od rozpustnosti čisté látky v superkritickém CO2, protože je ovlivněna jak rostlinnou matricí, tak i dalšími současně extrahovanými rostlinnými látkami.
