Bakalářská práce Evropské dotace - změny v novém programovacím období se zabývá změnami právní regulace upravující podporu z Evropských strukturálních a investičních fondů na komunitární a národní úrovni. Analyzuje hlavní legislativní dokumenty, identifikuje jejich cíle a dává je do souvislosti s cíli regionální politiky Evropské unie. Dále pokračuje určením pozměněných prvků v rámci jejich cílů, přechází k problematice způsobilosti výdajů a významným změnám, které se jí týkají. V další části se zaměřuje na pravidla způsobilosti výdajů a konkrétně na Českou republiku. Závěrem zjištěné poznatky dává do širších souvislostí, ze kterých odvozuje účel a směřování zavedených změn, přičemž zjišťuje, zda nalezené změny směřují k usnadnění schvalování programů, k zpřístupnění finančních prostředků z Evropské unie širší skupině žadatelů a uvolnění pravidel pro jejich čerpání. Bachelor thesis on European subsidies -- changes in the new programming period 2014-2020 focuses on analysis of legal regulation governing European structure and investment funds support on the community level and on predicting the outcome of given changes. It analyses main legal documents, identifies their targets and puts them into context with goals of the European Regional Policy. It then continues with pointing out altered elements in their targets and moves on to programming and significant changes that concern it. In the following part, it focuses on partnership, setup of preliminary conditions and youth employment. Finally, the thesis summarizes the findings and puts them in a wider perspective from which the work extracts the object and direction of established changes, while the author comes to the conclusion that found changes aim to ease the process of approving of programs, to solve the youth unemployment problem and to fulfil the Europe 2020 targets.
