Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje vývoji španělské ekonomiky v kontextu finanční a ekonomické krize se zaměřením na nezaměstnanost, jakožto jeden z nejzávažnějších ekonomických problémů soudobého Španělska. Cílem je poskytnout komplexní pohled na danou problematiku včetně analýzy charakteristických rysů španělského trhu práce. Bakalářská práce zároveň analyzuje a následně hodnotí přijatá protikrizová opatření, zejména reformu trhu práce přijatou roku 2012. This thesis is dedicated to the development of the Spanish economy in the context of the financial and economic crisis with emphasis on unemployment as one of the key problems of modern Spain. The aim is to provide a complex view on the issue including analysis of weaknesses of the Spanish labour market. At the same time, the thesis describes and evaluates adopted anti-crisis measures, especially the labour market reform adopted in 2012.
