Cílem této bakalářské práce s názvem "Finanční analýza společnosti ContiTrade Services s.r.o." je zhodnocení finančního zdraví podniku ContiTrade Services s.r.o. v letech 2008--2013 prostřednictvím provedení finanční analýzy. Práce je členěna do dvou částí -- teoretické a praktické. V teoretické části jsou uvedeny metody a postupy finanční analýzy, které jsou následně použity v části praktické. Součástí provedení finanční analýzy je vertikální a horizontální analýza, výpočet poměrových ukazatelů, pyramidový rozklad vrcholových ukazatelů ROA a ROE, analýza pracovního kapitálu, výpočet ukazatele EVA, zhodnocení finančního zdraví na základě bankrotních a bonitních modelů a srovnání hodnot základních ukazatelů daného podniku s nejlepším konkurentem a odvětvím. The purpose of the Bachelor's Thesis "Financial analysis of the company ContiTrade Services s.r.o." is to evaluate the financial health of the company ContiTrade Services s.r.o. between the years 2008--2013 by financial analysis. This thesis is divided into two sections -- theoretical and practical. The techniques of financial analysis, which are used in the practical section, are shown in the theoretical section. The financial analysis includes vertical analysis, horizontal analysis, ratio indicators, decomposition of ROA and ROE, analysis of working capital, value indicator EVA, bankruptcy and solvency models and a comparison of values of basic indicators of the analysed company with the best competitor and industry.
