eng Abstract:
[eng][cze] Water-soluble synthetic polymers and their conjugates with antibodies, oligopeptides or saccharides proved a potential targetable drug delivery system. Recently, copolymers of N-(2-hydroxypropyl)methacrylamide (HPMA) have been developed in our laboratory as polymeric carriers of drugs.
