Společnost ZKL Brno, a.s. se zabývá výrobou válečkových, soudečkových a speciálních ložisek. V úvodní části práce jsou popsány základní pojmy jako nákup, reengineering, centralizace nebo řízení zásob. Následuje krátký popis společnosti a popis původního stavu nákupu. Cílem práce je najít chyby v řízení nákupu za pomoci analýzy nakupovaných komodit, personálního zabezpečení a stavu zásob. V závěru práce je prezentována nová směrnice nákupu. ZKL Brno, a.s. is manufacturer of rolling and special bearings. The introductory part contains definitions of purchase, reengineering, centralization or stock mnagement. Then a short company description and a description of the original condition of the purchase follows. The main goal of this thesis is to find mistakes in the management of purchase with the help of commodity analysis, personnel analysis and stock analysis. In the end there is a new directive for purchasing presented.
