Bakalářská práce pojednává o motivaci studentů, kteří se rozhodli vyjet na stáž s organizací AIESEC. V teoretické části je představena organizace AIESEC, seskupeny poznatky z oblasti motivace a také popsán procesu vyjetí na stáž a vysvětlení role koordinátora pro stážisty. Praktická část uvádí výsledky výzkumu, který byl proveden za účelem zjistit, jaká byla motivace stážistů k výjezdu a také motivace koordinátorů, kteří pracují se stážisty. Pro tato zjištění byl v obou případech použit písemný dotazník. Na závěr byla na základě vyhodnocení obou dotazníků udělena doporučení a návrhy na zlepšení práce se stážisty i koordinátory. This thesis deals with motivation of students who are going for internships with AIESEC. The theoretical part introduces organization AIESEC, gathers information about topic of motivation and also describes the whole process of going for internship together with explanation of the role of coordinator for interns. The empirical part presents results from the research that was conducted to find out what was the motivation of students going for internships and also motivation of coordinators, who are directly working with interns. Both researches were based on written online questionnaires distributed to interns and coordinators. Analysis of results was followed by recommendations for improvement of work with interns and coordinators.
