Pracuji v Centru výzkumu globální změny AV ČR, v. v. i., které v rámci OP VaVpI projektu CzechGlobe a dalších národních a evropských projektů interdisciplinárně zkoumá klimatické změny. Klíčovými aktivitami Centra je zapojení do mezinárodních sítí zkoumajících toky skleníkových plynů (ICOS ESFRI), participace na experimentálním měření toků látek v různých ekosystémech v rámci sítě ANAEE a nyní se Centrum zapojuje do mezinárodního měření aerosolů v ovzduší prostřednictvím evropské sítě ACTRIS. Mezinárodní spolupráce v rámci unijních rámcových projektů a pod evropskou právnickou hlavičkou ERIC nese jak radosti tak sebou přináší i strasti, kterými musí každé evropské konsorcium projít. Ve svém příspěvku se tak pokusím analyzovat následující aspekty: 1) Lesk a bída konsorciálních smluv rámcových projektů a pravidel ESFRI spolupráce. 2) Aspekty duševního vlastnictví a politiky zpřístupňování dat 3) Open Access – Přístup k datům a k VaV infrastruktuře 4) Související komunikace s Evropskou komisí ve světle právního institutu svobodného přístupu k informacím I work in Global Change Research Centre AS CR, v. v. i., where within Operational Program Research and Development for Innovations is realised project CzechGlobe that is hand in hand with other national and European projects interdisciplinary focusing on climate change research. One of the key activities of the Centre is involvement in international networks examining fluxes of greenhouse gases (ICOS ESFRI), participation in experimental measurement of fluxes in various ecosystems in the ESFRI ANAEE and currently is Centre involved in preparation of international measurement of aerosols in the atmosphere in European cooperation ACTRIS. International cooperation within EU framework programmes and ERIC brings not only benefits but we can see also some challenges that faces each European consortium. In my article are analysed following aspects: 1) Pros and cons of consortium agreements of the FP projects and ESFRI cooperation. 2) Aspects of intellectual property and open data policy. 3) Open Access – Access to data and research infrastructure 4) Related communication with European Commission from the point of view of free access to the information legislation.
