Tato práce se zabývá založením nové firmy. Konkrétně nového restaurant-baru v Praze. V práci je zohledněn jak pohled marketingový (situační analýza, SWOT analýza, marketingový mix nového produktu,...), tak pohled čistě finanční (počáteční rozvaha, finanční plán na 5 let či finanční analýza z předpokládaných finančních údajů). This thesis deals with foundation of the new firm. Specifically, the new restaurant-bar in Prague. The work is reflected both a view of marketing (situational analysis, SWOT analysis, marketing mix of new product ,...), and a purely financial perspective (the opening balance sheet, a financial plan for 5 years or a financial analysis of the supposed financial data).
