Koncepty firemní filantropie a společenské odpovědnosti firem, jejichž průkopníky u nás byly velké nadnárodní korporace, nyní stále více ovlivňují strategie firem všech velikostí a rozličných odvětví. Významný podíl na rozvoji těchto konceptů mají aktivity Fóra dárců a dalších spřízněných organizací, které se snaží o jejich popularizaci. Úkolem bakalářské práce je zjistit, jakým způsobem tyto organizace motivují firmy ke spolupráci s neziskovými organizacemi na veřejně prospěšných projektech. První část práce se věnuje teoretickému definování pojmů filantropie, firemní filantropie a společenská odpovědnost firem. Ve druhé části práce analyzuje aktuální českou legislativu, regulující činnost neziskových organizací a financování jejich aktivit. Poslední část se zaměřuje na poslání a činnost vybraných českých organizací: Fórum dárců, Nadace VIA a Byznys pro společnost. Conceptions of corporate philantrophy and corporate social responsibility brought to the Czech Republic by multinational concerns influence strategies of companies of various sizes and industries more and more. The activities of Czech Donors Forum and other relevant organisations take an important share in these concepts as they seek to their popularisation. The main task of this bachelor thesis is to find out, how do these organisations motivate companies to cooperate with non-profit organisations on welfare projects. The first part of the thesis defines philantrophy, corporate philantrophy and corporate social responsibility in theoretical way. The second part analyses actual czech legislation which regulates the activities of nonprofit organisations and funding of their projects. The last part focuses on missions and activities of selected czech organisations: Czech Donors Forum, The VIA Foundation and Business for the Society.
