Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou znalostí práv spotřebitelů a povinností provozovatelů v oblasti ubytovacích zařízení na území České republiky. K dosažení hlavního cíle bakalářské práce bylo provedeno písemného dotazníkového šetření. Respondenti byli náhodně vybírání mezi širokou veřejností. Druhotným cílem bakalářské práce je analýza dodržování legislativní úpravy provozovateli vybraných ubytovacích zařízení. Bachelor thesis is devoted to the analysis of knowledge of consumer rights and responsibilities of accommodation facilities in the Czech Republic. To achieve the main goal of the thesis was conducted a survey. Respondents were randomly selected among the general public. A secondary goal of this thesis is to analyze the legislation related to accommodation by providers.
