Moderní metody získávání a výběru zaměstnanců, o kterých se zmiňuji v této práci, se rozšiřují teprve v posledních letech. V této práci charakterizuji zejména metody využívající moderní technologie (počítače, internet), jako je využívání webových stránek, portálů práce, sociálních sítí a specializovaného software k získávání a výběru zaměstnanců. Jedná se o oblast řízení lidských zdrojů, která - ačkoli získává stále větší popularitu - není doposud ve většině dostupných knih zabývajících se tímto oborem pořádně zpracována. Po dohodě s vedoucím práce zde neodděluji teoretickou a aplikační část - ke každé teoretické části zde přidávám svůj výzkum, hodnocení či praktické využití dané metody. Modern methods of employee recruitment and selection which I talk about in this thesis is expanding in recent years. In this thesis, I am describing the methods that use modern technology (like computers and/or internet), such as the use of corporate websites, job portals, social networks or advanced HR software for employee recruitment and selection. This is an area of human resource management which - although gaining in popularity - is not yet available in most books related to this area. In agreement with my supervisor, I did not separate the thesis to theoretical and practical part as I am combining the theory with my own research, evaulation, reviews and practical use of these methods.
