Bakalárska práca je venovaná problematike Corporate Performance Management(CPM), ako komplexnému prístupu k riadeniu výkonnosti spoločnosti integrujúcemu procesy, metriky, metodológie a technológie. Cieľom práce je na základe zmapovania dostupných informačných zdrojov priniesť ucelený pohľad na problematiku, podrobne rozobrať základné komponenty CPM a zanalyzovať trh s CPM produktmi. Práca pozostáva z troch základných častí. V prvej časti práce je predstavený koncept Corporate Performance Management, Business Intelligence a základné komponenty potrebné pre úspešnú implementáciu CPM systémov. Ďalej sú tu uvedené rozdiely medzi riešeniami CPM a BI. Druhá časť práce bližšie analyzuje jednotlivé elementy potrebné pre implementáciu - procesy, metriky, metodológie, technológie a základné typy aplikácii pre podporu CPM. V tretej časti práca posudzuje situáciu na trhu s CPM systémami na základe prieskumu spoločností Gartner - Magic Quadrant for CPM suites v rokoch 2007 a 2009 a spoločnosti Forrester - Business Performance Solutions: Clash Of The Titans. Bakalářská práce je věnována problematice Corporate Performance Management (CPM), jako komplexnímu přístupu k řízení výkonnosti společnosti integrujícího procesy, metriky, metodiky a technologie. Cílem práce je na základě zmapování dostupných informačních zdrojů přinést ucelený pohled na problematiku, podrobně rozebrat základní komponenty CPM a analyzovat trh s CPM produkty. Práce sestává ze tří základních částí. V první části práce je představen koncept Corporate Performance Management, Business Intelligence a základní komponenty potřebné pro úspěšnou implementaci CPM systémů. Dále jsou zde uvedeny rozdíly mezi řešeními CPM a BI. Druhá část práce blíže analyzuje jednotlivé elementy potřebné pro provádění -procesy, metriky, metodiky, technologie a základní typy aplikaci pro podporu CPM. V třetí části práce posuzuje situaci na trhu s CPM systémy na základě průzkumu společností Gartner - Magic Quadrant for CPM suites v letech 2007 a 2009 a společnosti Forrester - Business Performance Solutions: Clash Of The Titans. The bachelor thesis is devoted to the issue of Corporate Performance Management (CPM) as a comprehensive approach to managing performance of the company including processes, metrics, methodologies and technologies. The main aim of the bachelor thesis is to bring out a comprehensive view to the questions of Corporate Performance Management, analyse the market and neccessery parts of CPM. The thesis is based on available literature and internet sources dealing with this topic. The thesis is composed of three basic parts. The first part of the thesis is focused on the definition of the Corporate Performance Management and Business Intelligence. It also defines the basic components necessary to successful implementation of CPM systems and differences between CPM and BI solutions. The second part of the thesis analyses in more detail the necessary components of the implementation of CPM, which includes processes, metrics, methodologies, technologies and basic types of applications needed to support the CPM approach. The third part of the thesis deals with the situation of the CPM suites market based on the Gartner's Magic Quadrant for CPM suites 2007 and 2009 and Forrester's Business Performance Solutions: Clash Of The Titans.
