Charles University in Prague, Pharmaceutical Faculty in Hradec Králové Department of pharmaceutical chemistry and drug control Analytical drug evaluation by chromatographical methods V Diploma paper Martina Raindlová In this diploma paper optimal conditions for HPLC analysis of risperidon in tablets were elaborated. One part of the task was finding optimal mobile phase and inner standard, other part was validation of the method and its application in analysis of remedy in pharmaceutical preparation. For the mobile phase a mixture was used in composition : (NH4)2HPO4 (0,1 mol/l ; pH 6,0 - adjusted by H3PO4 0,1 mol/l) : methanol 30:70 (v/v) and with flow rate 0,7 ml/min. LiChroCART 250-4 column with bonded reversed phase C 18 and average particle size of 5 μm. Detection was performed by UV detector at 280 nm wave lenght. Fenacetine was used as an inner standard. Validation of method was confirmed by linearity and precision. For linearity a calibration curve was used, which was constructed from results of five solutions of increasing concentration. Its parameter is equation : y = 4,38x + 0,191. Correlation coefficient is 0,9998. Method is linear. Quantification of risperidone in tablets was determined by HPLC analysis. Declared amount in tablets was 2 mg, real amount was 1,9885 mg/ml which corresponds...

Converter with very low input voltage
Jaško, Michal ; Beneš, Petr (referee) ; Havránek, Zdeněk (advisor)
This Bachelor’s thesis describes a design and testing of an increasing direct voltage converter transforming light energy received by a photodiode to electrical energy with sufficient output voltage to power digital circuits. The theoretical part forms an overview of commercial circuits and the Linear Technology LTC3109 and the combination of Seiko S-822Z20 and S-8353D30MC are chosen as suitable for the further research. The function principles of these circuits are described. In the practical part the maximum output power and efficiency dependences on the internal resistance of the power source of the circuits are measured. Based on the results the characteristics of the Linear Technology circuit with different variants of the input transformers are compared. A modified Seiko circuit with an input photodiode is designed and its function is verified by laser diode powering through an optical fiber.

Generation of linear programming tasks
Serbová, Eva ; Lagová, Milada (advisor) ; Kalčevová, Jana (referee)
Bachelor thesis deals with generation of linear programming (LP) tasks for academic education purposes. In the beginning part of thesis there are briefly described methods for pseudorandom numbers generation and basic characteristics of linear programming methods. Chosen and realised procedure of LP tasks generation is based on inverse algorithm. Inverse algorithm proceeds from resultant values backward to input ones. This process provides generation of LP tasks. All tasks are comparable in terms to calculation difficulty. This method is appropriate for manual calculating and is suitable for practicing and testing of students. Part of the text contains brief description of the application program LinPro which is used successfully in education of lessons accredited by Department of Econometrics at University of Economics in Prague. The thesis is finished by couple of sample models.

The influence of the type and age of post-mining areas restoration on biodiversity of small terrestrial mammals.
MIKLAS, Bořek
The aim of the study was to compare different types and ages of restoration from the small mammal biodiversity perspective. In 2004, three linear and two quadratic trappings of small terrestrial mammals were performed at the Velká podkrušnohorská spoil heap. Linear trappings were repeated in 2009 and quadratic were repeated in 2010. In 2004, 174 small mammals in the linear trappings and 199 small mammals in the quadratic trappings were captured. We found, that the wetland localities were the richest in small mammal diversity, the forestry restored areas were second ones, and the agriculturally restored areas were the poorest ones. During the repeated trappings, 45 small mammals in linear trappings and 64 small mammals in quadratic trappings were captured. A decrease of both abundance and biodiversity was recorded in the both types of trappings. The highest biodiversity was on wetland and forestry restored areas. The lowest biodiversity was on agriculturally restored areas. The highest abundance was on forestry sites during the linear trappings. The wetland areas were second ones and the lowest abundance was on agriculturally restored areas. Value of abundance in quadratic trappings was almost the same in wetland and forest habitats, whilst the abundance of agricultural areas was significantly lower. The results show the importance of wetland habitats, which are very important part of restoration and have a positive impact on the overall biodiversity in the landscape.

Aspects of social solidarity in the perception of young people
VANÍČKOVÁ, Adéla
This bachelor thesis deals with the attitude of the young generation to fulfil the principles of social solidarity in the Czech Republic. The main task is to record and map out the areas, where the marks of social solidarity appear, and to find out how the fulfilment is accepted by the young people. The first half of theoretical part is applied to characterization of social solidarity, its development and every single areas, where the principles are being fulfilled. The social solidarity plays an important role in the company and it is an import part of it. The solidarity is applied in the social security system, in health, education, living and family policy or is proceeding completelly out of public sector. The second part of theroretical part describes in greater detail possible ways of its implementation towards the certain groups. Three kinds of solidarity are presented in this work: obligatory, voluntary and intergeneration. The obligatory solidarity is realized through the social security system and the health care. The voluntary solidarity is realized mostly out of public sector and it is more valuable and better evaluated than the compulsory solidarity. The voluntary solidarity is applied on through the variety of charitable and non-profit organizations and we speak about formal kind of volunteering. On the other hand, informal volunteering is considered as acting when somebody relinquish of something or provides help to somebody else without having any reward expectations. Intergeneration solidarity was in the past comprehended as handing over values, standards, knowledge and experience in frame of family. Nowadays in view of the fact that the age of lives is getting longer and the population is rising, demand of intergeneration solidarity out of family is also rising. The volunteereing could be a good instrument for intergeneration learning. The practical part of this work describes the opinions of enquired respondents to fulfil the principles of social solidarity in the Czech Republic. To arrange all necessary information the quantitative form of investigation has been used. The method of questionaire has been applied. The number of 188 young people participated in this kind of research. The main task was to find out how the young people feel the fulfilment of social solidarity principles in practise. The partial goal was to investigate ? how the young people feel the compulsory and the voluntary solidarity towards chosen social groups. According to the research results, the young people perceive better the voluntary solidarity, however, mostly they take part in informal kind of volunteering. Formal volunteering, i.e. charity and non-profit organization activities are maximal supported by themselves as well. Regarding the obligatory solidarity it has been find out some differencies, especially by the social security system, where is by the way the solidarity of highearning ones with lowearning ones is being fulfilled. Two hypothesis were stated in this kind of research. The first one said that the voluntary solidarity will be better accepted by young people than the compulsory one. The second hypothesis assumed that the young people will feel the affirmative intergeneration demand. Both of them were confirmed on statistic basis. In my opinion, the young people feel the social solidarity system in the Czech Republic in positive way. Most of addressed respondents apply the solidarity towards single social group and furthermore feel affirmative the requirement of intergeneration solidarity realization. However, the results point out that there is slight disagreement with redistributive state policy. This work could help to understand better the relationship between young generation and the essential atribute of social citizienship. Eventually to identification of attitudes heading for restricting the redistribution rate towards the social needy individuals.

Does removal of mammalian predators significantly affect success of simulated nests in linear habitats? Case study on American mink \kur{Mustela vison} \& Predation on simulated duck nests in relation to nest density and habitat type
PADYŠÁKOVÁ, Eliška
This thesis is made up of two studies dealing with predation of waterfowl nests. in the first study, we determined wheather removal of introduced predator Mustela vison affected nest survival of simulated duck nests in linear habitat. In the second study, we tested two hypothesis: 1)predation depends on density of waterfowl nests, 2)mammals are main predators in forest habitat and birds mainly depredate nests deployed in open land.
