8D report as a tool for improving the quality of production

The Bachelor's thesis is focused on the quality as a means of effective production. Furthermore, it demonstrates individual methods, which are relevant in quality improvement . The procedures and a method 8D that were chosen are described in detail. Such as beneficial funds for quality improvement. The method 8D is considered the most effective mode. In order to achieve these objectives is provided minutely delineation of individual steps of the strategy. The main objective of this work is an analysis of a specific example for business practice. Moreover, it elucidates solutions of the 8D complaint report usage.

Bachelor´s thesis solves problems of increasing the efficiency of corporate processes IMF soft Ltd., which is engaged in the development and manufacture of microprocessor systems. After analyzing the current state of processes, I will identify problems and suggest possible improvements. Furthermore, I will deal with putting them into practice and keeping them in the longer term. The result of this work should increase productivity and work efficiency in the enterprise.

Increasing quality of the social service of home for the elderly in Karviná

Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou standardů kvality poskytovaných služeb, konkrétně zvyšováním kvality sociálních služeb Domova pro seniory v Karviné. Cílem práce bylo zjistit, jak se projevuje subjektivní vnímání pracovníků ohledně způsobu poskytování sociálních služeb na základě jejich poslání, zásad poskytování služeb, osobních cílů uživatelů služby a jejich chování a postojů. Teoretická část je zaměřena na definování kvality, a to v souvislosti s kvalitou poskytovaných služeb domova pro seniory, měření a zvyšování kvality sociálních služeb. Dále se zabývá přístupy zaměřené na člověka jako model, který může být vodítkem "dobré" služby v návaznosti na možné důkazy o zvýšení kvality poskytovaných pobytových služeb pro osoby vyššího věku. Ty vycházejí především ze standardů kvality poskytovaných služeb. Postoje a chování pracovníků jsou sledovány v rámci empirické části ve vybraných situacích, které jsou v organizaci považovány z hlediska přímé péče a ochrany práv uživatele za rizikové. Na základě výsledků z ohniskových skupin jsou vytvořena doporučení, která mohou být základem pro změny v pojetí kvality v dané pobytové sociální službě a nastavení programu jejího zvyšování. The thesis deals with the quality of care provided in selected hospitals in Zlín Region. The aim of this thesis is to describe and evaluate the quality of care provided for selected hospitals in the Zlín Region. The thesis includes a literature review that focuses on the concepts of health care quality, quality management tools, patient satisfaction, and strategic analysis of hospitals. The research part of the thesis evaluates the external and internal environment of hospitals, the quality of provided care from the perspective of hospitalized patients and from the perspective of medical staff. The theses also includes the mutual comparison of the analyzed hospitals in terms of care provided by the eyes of hospitalized patients. The proposed recommendations are based on the results of strategic analysis, questionnaire surveys and structured interviews.

SELF-EVALUATION IN SECONDARY SCHOOLS Abstract The dissertation thesis focuses on self-evaluation - self-evaluation of schools - in secondary schools in the Czech Republic with an emphasis on creation and development of professional community of teachers and creation of schools as Learning Organizations. The current state of research in the field of self-evaluation is described by the study of Czech and foreign literature. Self-conducted empirical investigation helped to determine the real state of its implementation in our secondary schools. In the framework of the thesis, self-evaluation is understood as a condition for further development of the school, improvement of the quality of teachers and all school activities; so that the school would be able to best reflect the needs of the market and its social partners. The purpose is to allow the school itself to assess its situation, to define its own problems and to find solutions - to find self-improvements. The thesis introduces a variety of approaches, benefits and difficulties that the current state of self-evaluation causes.
