Construction Project for Implementation of Multifunctional Building in Brno

The main subject of this diploma thesis is a construction technological project of preparation and realization multifunctional building in Brno on Trugeněvova street. It is a new construction of the main building. It provides a technical report on the construction technology project, transport relations for the transport of materials and machinery to the construction site, following technical report of construction site equipment, construction technology study, design of machinery and last but not least elaboration of technological regulation for the execution of monolithic structures. Furthermore, the chapters on health and safety protection at work on the construction site, as well as the LEED certification system and the financial and time plan of the selected stage are elaborated.

This work includes a step of rough upper construction of warehouse in Polná. The content of this bachelor's thesis is a building-technological project of the new building of a polyfunctional building in Uherský Brod. The work includes technical reports, solutions for transport routes, technological rules for making vertical constructions from Porotherm, MaxPlus and reinforced concrete. A control and test plan and design of the plant site including with technical report and a design of the machine assembly are also elaborated on the technological regulations. Furthermore, work safety and timetable and a budget for both variants are developed.

This diploma thesis deals with the construction and technological project of the extension of the production hall Granitol a.s. in Moravian Beroun. The content of this work is the implementation of the technological phases of gross superstructure multipurpose building in Brno. The building serves for administrative purpose predominantly. This thesis contains construction and technology report, technology report of storage and residential, proposal of mechanical assembly, technological prescription for monolithic core structure, report of healthand safety on the construction site, technology report description transportation, inspection and test plan and environmental plan. Budget and time schedule is contained in supplements. In pursuance of second task, the thesis compares financial and time point of view of two technologies of making stairways.

Building "G" of the residential complex "U Dubu" in Jihlava - construction technology project

The subject of this diploma thesis is the elaboration of a construction technological project for an apartment house in the complex "U Dubu" in Jihlava. Specifically, we dealt with building G (designated as D1.06). This building is based on foundation strips and has one underground and five above-ground floors. The content of the work is a technical report on the construction technology project, elaboration of technological regulation for the given stage, construction site equipment project, evaluation of wider transport relations, time schedule for the given stage and item budget of rough construction. Furthermore, a control and test plan, design of machine sets, work safety solutions, construction calculation according to THU and comparison of masonry systems are also developed.
