Předmětem této diplomové práce je zpracování stavebně technologického projektu pro bytový dům v komplexu „U Dubu“ v Jihlavě. Konkrétně jsme se zabývali budovou G (označena jako D1.06). Tato budova je založena na zákalových pasech a má jedno podzemní a pět nadzemních podlaží. Obsahem práce je technická zpráva ke stavebně technologickému projektu, vypracování technologického předpis pro danou etapu, projekt zařízení staveniště, vyhodnocení širších dopravních vztahu, časový harmonogram pro danou etapu a položkový rozpočet hrubé stavby. Dále je také vypracován kontrolní a zkušební plán, návrh strojních sestav, řešení bezpečnosti práce, propočet stavby dle THU a srovnáni zdicích systémů. The subject of this diploma thesis is the elaboration of a construction technological project for an apartment house in the complex "U Dubu" in Jihlava. Specifically, we dealt with building G (designated as D1.06). This building is based on foundation strips and has one underground and five above-ground floors. The content of the work is a technical report on the construction technology project, elaboration of technological regulation for the given stage, construction site equipment project, evaluation of wider transport relations, time schedule for the given stage and item budget of rough construction. Furthermore, a control and test plan, design of machine sets, work safety solutions, construction calculation according to THU and comparison of masonry systems are also developed.
