This diploma thesis is focused on the design of a marketing strategy within a selected company. In the theoretical part, an examination of currently available professional literature has been made. This literature, which describes individual marketing systems, is used as subsequent source material for the empirical component of this thesis. The analytical section focuses on a description of FITCOACH s.r.o, its position in its market and an overview of competitors in this sector. The main goal of the thesis is the proposal of a marketing strategy for FITCOACT, s.r.o. In conclusion, this thesis describes suggestions for improving the company's current situation by attracting new customers and therefore raising potential sales revenue.

Conditions of development of small company in tourism

This bachelor work is about condnitions of development of small and middle companies in tourism. The objective of this bachelor work is to evaluate conditions of development of guest-house Yetti, analyse position of this company in competition, analyse management system, evaluate possibilities of use of operating aids and suggest solutions of further development. Guest-house Yetti was founded in 2003 and is situated in Jizerské hory in a small village called Horní Maxov. When Yetti came to Horní Maxov its strategy was very well able to compete and had a lot of satisfied customers. But after few years the interest of customers began to fall down. Why did it happen? It appeared that good idea is not enough to be successful in business. Good directing is important for business as well as competitive advantage. This bachelor work is evaluatng a marketing mix of guest-house Yetti. Produckt, price and people seems to be all right but place, promotion, packaging, partnership and programing are uncared. Business for own account in tourism is not easy, it has many obstackles and many oportunities. It takes a lot of energy and time, but business for own account gives the businessman freedom.
Market segmantation of dog food

This diploma thesis deals with marketing segmentation of food for dogs. The market is specified by companies existing on the market, devided into five pricing group. For better understanding of the problem there are mentioned also general principles of dog feeding and researches realized in past. Segments are revealed on basis of one segmentation criteria, other possible views are just briefly mentioned. Marketing strategy is suggested for three chosen target groups.
