On the turning of spring steels
Ciba, Martin ; Polzer, Aleš (referee) ; Píška, Miroslav (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with turning of spring steels focusing on the application of higher cutting speed and modern cutting materials. It comprises an experimental exercise Quick stop of tool, designed to analyse the process of a chip formation of the specimen of a disc spring.
Production technology for selected mold part
Mešina, Matej ; Ohnišťová, Petra (referee) ; Zemčík, Oskar (advisor)
The primary concern to be dealt with within the framework of this bachelor thesis is the concept of the variant of production technology of the mold core. The work deals marginally with the wire electrical discharge machining. Second chapter is concerned with the analysis of current production technology. Two new variants of the production technology process are introduced in third and fourth chapter. The last part of this work is dedicated to the techno-economical assessment of the proposed variants
Toolmanagement and Enterprise Productivity
Bukovský, Tomáš ; Pustay, Jozef (referee) ; Kalivoda, Milan (advisor)
Bachelor thesis was written as part of study branch Economics and Process management on the Faculty of Business and Management in Brno. The thesis is divided into four parts. The first part deals with theoretical knowledge of turning, materials and indexable cutting inserts. The second part is analytical and consists of analysis of used tools in company ZWL Slovakia – manufacturing of toothed wheels Sučany, s. r. o.. The third part is devoted to proposal and checking new cutting tool with indexable cutting inserts. The last part is devoted to optimization possibilities and their impact on technical and economic point of view.
Proposal for Universal Clamping Fixture Production
Košútová, Katarína ; Kouřil, Karel (referee) ; Sedlák, Josef (advisor)
Bachelor thesis deals with the production concept of universal fixture designed for a small beamhouse. The thesis is divided into parts which follow each other. The thesis describes the machining technology. The practical part includes the production concept of a universal fixture in paper form made in parametric modeling program called SolidWorks. In the end od practical part is a production of universal fixture and assembly. The last part contents of a technical-economic evaluation and comparison of production.
A design of self-centering steady rest for CNC lathe
Mjartan, Lukáš ; Pavlík, Jan (referee) ; Tůma, Jiří (advisor)
The subject of this bachelor thesis is the design of a self centering lunette for a CNC lathe. In the beginning of the thesis the problem of clamping on the lathe is analysed. In the next part, research of lunettes available on the market is made. The following section describes the design of the main parts of the lunette. Based on calculations, a 3D model is created. The thesis concludes with an evaluation of the design with emphasis on the possible future production and operation of this device.
