The bachelor thesis is focused on the financial situation of a chosen company on the basis of financial analysis. For the calculation of the indicators was created own simple algorithm in the Visual Basic for Application in Microsoft Excel. Using the results is assessed financial situation of the company, defined weaknesses and threats and proposed measures to solve the problems to improve the situation.

This bachelor thesis is focused on the analysis of company´s performance using the economic ratios and time series. Firstly it was created the easily operating application - maplet, due to the Maple computer system, for the corresponding calculation and graphical projection. The thesis contains the proposals and suggestions for the improvement of financial company´s situation, what is included in the calculations and projections mentioned and they can next be used for the changes of planned strategies in future.

This bachelor´s thesis deals with the evaluation of the financial situation CZECH STYLE, Ltd. Evaluation of financial health is achieved using financial and statistical analysis. This thesis is divided into three sections. The first section describes the theory of financial analysis and the theory of statistical analysis, the second part shows practical using of the financial analysis CZECH STYLE, Ltd. The results of the analysis are used to formulate proposals for improving the current financial situation.
