Mycotoxicology quality of oat
PEJSAROVÁ, Hana
The aim of this work was comparison of ten varieties of oat, grown from 2009 to 2012 on the experimental plot of the University of South Bohemia in České Budějovice and obtain knowledge about the influence of factors (variety, season and pre-crop) on the mycotoxicological quality of oats. The presence of fungal pathogens, mainly from the genus Fusarium, and the level of selected mycotoxins (HT-2 and T-2 toxin, deoxynivalenol, nivalenol and D3G) were observed on four naked varieties and six hulled varieties. The susceptibility of individual varieties to infestation, the level of individual mycotoxins in the grain, the growth characteristics of oats evaluated during vegetation and the parameters of technological quality were compared.
Vliv vybraných agrotechnických faktorů na výnos a kvalitu zrna vybraných druhů obilnin
Burgetová, Markéta
The bachelor thesis describes the current state of cultivation of the main types of cereals (wheat, barley, maize) and the overall structure of crops in the Czech Republic. Selected types of cereals were described (economic importance, biological characteristic, growing technologies, qualitative parameters). In bachelor thesis have been analyzed the experiments with cereals growing under different conditions. Various methods of soil treatment were observed in the experiments (plowing, reduced processing, no tillage tech-nology, mulching), previous crops and their impact on yield and grain quality.
Vliv agroekologických podmínek na tvorbu výnosu u vybraných odrůd pšenice ozimé

The bachelor thesis presents the results of experiment with winter wheat, which was established at the field research station of Mendel Univerzity in Žabčice in 2014/2015 growing season. A group of eight varietes was set after two different fore-crops, pea and winter wheat. The varieties were evaluated for the yield per hectare, number of spikes per area, thousand seed weight, grain number per spike and volume weight. The average yield after peas crop was 12.07 t per ha and after wheat 10.81 t per ha. The highest yielding variety after fore-crops peas was Gordian (12.77 t per ha) and after wheat it was Elan (11.87 t per ha). There were determined varieties sensitive to fore-crop: Evina, Dagmar, Patras and tolerant varieties: Elan, Rumor.
Vliv agrotechnických faktorů na rentabilitu pěstování sladovnického ječmene

This thesis analyzes influence of agronomic factors on the profitability of growing spring malting barley. Results were processed from the field experiment on the Experimental Field Station in Žabčice. Spring barley is grown after the previous crop grain maize and sugar beet. There were used different tillage systems - ploughing, loosening and direct sowing. The effects of these factors were evaluated on grain yield, protein content and other quality parameters. In 2015, the most proven previous crop was corn when spring barley achieved malting quality. Spring barley grown after sugar beet had high grain yield, but low protein content. For barley grown after corn the best tillage system was loosening. For barley grown after sugar beet it was ploughing. It was favourable weather for growing malting barley in the reporting year. For that reason it was achieved high yields for all variants and there was low effect of fungicides.
Vliv agrotechnických faktorů na výskyt plevelů v kukuřici a možnosti jejich regulace

Several corn experiments were established in 2014 in two locations (Žabčice, Kobylnice). The goal was to evaluate the weed infestation in corn after a different previous crop and a different tillage method, to focus on the dynamic growth of corn biomass and significant types of weeds under various intensities of weed infestation and to compare the effectiveness of applied herbicides in relation to the crop's yield. The number of individual types of weeds in the experiments with differing seeding procedures and tillage was established with the help of numeric methods. It was shown that the previous crop and tillage had an effect on the presence of weeds in corn. The greatest weed infestation was seen in the corn grown in monoculture and using plough-method tillage. The most significant weeds in corn were Echinochloa crus-galli, Chenopodium album and Amaranthus retroflexus. Different intensities of weed infestation had an effect on the growth of weed and crop biomass. The effectiveness of applied herbicides was evaluated with the help of estimation. The STORY + MILAGRO EXTRA 6 OD preparations showed good activity on the rated weeds; they were applied on the option that had the second highest yield of corn from all the options. Options with postemergent application of herbicides had a higher average yield of corn than options treated in postemergence only partially.
