Analysis of Marketing Strategy of Dogpoint, a Non-profit Organization

The objective of this Master's thesis is to carry out an analysis of the marketing activities that form the overall marketing strategy of Dogpoint, a non-profit organization. Based on the findings, a set of recommendations and suggestions is formed with the goal of achieving better performance of the organization. The thesis is divided into two main parts. In the first part, a theoretical scope is defined for the area of non-profit organizations and related marketing activities. In the practical part, the obtained findings are applied to the example of Dogpoint.
Motivation organized children and youth for breeding in the Czech Republic

The thesis deals with the research motivation organized children and youth for breeding in the Czech Republic. The theoretical part describes aspects and effects of pet supplies such as leisure activities. Specific educational aspects of breeding activities in personal development. It also describes the issues and going through breeding for the protection of animals and nature. The practical part includes the preparation and implementation of research organized by the motivation of children and young people from different breeders' organizations operating in the country. It details and comments on the results of the research and is divided according to other criteria. Funding opportunities for a public benefit corporation - impact on accounting and tax regime

This thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part describes non-profit organizations in general. The practical part deals with the evaluation of different funding sources of a chosen non-profit organization and their impact on accounting and tax treatment. Individual goals include keying of costs and revenues, describing the changes in the operating grant received in the individual observed years and inflation in the previous year, between subsidies and the number of pupils and the ratio of operating subsidies for school fees and income from additional activities.
Services management of the non-profit organisation AIESEC České Budějovice

This study is focused on an analysis of services offered by AIESEC České Budějovice the local branch of the international non-profit organization, which provides practice for students through international internships or membership in the organization. Subsequent quantitative comparison of the range of these services with one of the nine other branches of the Czech Republic and one foreign is completed by structured interviews on the topic "How AIESEC develops its members." After evaluating the results, recommendations are formulated to improve the quality of the services.

For the thesis was selected non-profit organization Neposeda, providing preventive and leisure activities for children, youth, families and communities. The thesis describes the target group organizations, ways of communication with them, then they are chosen PR campaign. Campaigns are summarized and evaluated from point of view of the application of ethical standards.
Analysis of economic non-profit organization

In the thesis Analysis of economic non-profit organization is the main objective characterize the structure of financial resources and appropriate financial analysis to evaluate the level of economic development and selected non-profit organizations during the monitored period.Selected non-profit organization has become municipality Volyně and evaluation was made in the years 2009 - 2013. The first part of the thesis is based on a review of the literature on territorial self-governing units. How the local government units developed, how they arise and how the management system they have. The main financial instrument is the budget. The relatively sophisticated financial management components include financial analysis, which is also included in this part. Furthermore, in the literature review we find legislative adjustment municipalities. Those are the most important rules that territorial authorities act and make decisions. In conclusion literature review provides an overview of accounting and tax specifics, especially about the differences in the accounts of municipalities and the business community. The practical part is focused on the brief characteristics of the municipality and its history. Further description of the accounting system the municipality Volyně, and how municipality processes income and expenses on cash accounts. It also characterized municipal property, and an overview of grants processed as received and granted. Other part is focused on the economic analysis of the municipality. Approach to specific analyzes such as cost-benefit analysis, horizontal and vertical analysis and then financial analysis of selected indicators.
The specifics of working with a volunteer in leisure time activities

My thesis addresses the specifics entailed in volunteer work from the leisure time activities perspective. At the beginning of this thesis are defined used terms: the volunteer, volunteering and its aspects, charity and donation, non-profit organization, leisure time and leisure time activities. Thesis goes on with the motivation for volunteering and explains the volunteering system in ČR and its significance, including the Law of volunteering. Third part of my thesis addresses the principles of volunteering management, which contains three-phase implementation of the volunteer into the organization. Last chapter addresses the synopsis of the volunteer specifics suitable for given type of leisure time activity.

The title of the bachelor thesis is "Analysis of Sources Church Diacony Providing Social Services to Handicapped Citizens." The purpose of this work is to obtain a knowledge of the resource base of two selected non --profit organizations same legal form, which however have each other founder. The selected organizations are Diaconia of the Evangelical Church of Czech Brethren - Rolnička Center and Diaconia and milion of the Czechoslovak Hussite Church - Nazaret Center. The target is to use case studies to determine the same and different features in the focus of aktivity these organizations, their organizational structure, financial and human resources.

The main essence of this bachelor's thesis lies in the comparison of selected non-profit organizations and their approach to creativity and innovations. The theoretical part deals with the explanation of therms -- especially in the individual creativity, team creativity, creativity of the organization itself, creative methods and innovations. It is followed by a practical part, which is based on a questionnaire survey, which shows creative and innovative the organizations are. After evaluation questionnaires and evaluate the hypotheses are listed at the end of thesis proposals and recommendations for individual non-profit organizations.
The Expansion of The Olomouc Musem of Art

The thesis is concerned with a description and an evaluation of The Olomouc Museum of Art (MUO) operations. MUO is a significant element of the cultural life in Olomouc. The theoretical part of the thesis is dealing with the legal basis of this non-profit organization, explaining the definition of the concept "museum" and describing the methodology applied. Methods of strategic analysis modified for non-profit organizations have been used. The historical, organizational and economical aspects of the museum are introduced in the practical section of the thesis, followed by identifying external and internal factors and concluded by SWOT analysis. The thesis is finalized by recommendations to the new museum administration with respect to realization of the Forum project, multi resource financing, volunteer institution utilization and fundraising.
