Functionalcalculation is made according to ISO 5048 Belt conveyor supportingrollers. The report contains a brief description of the function, use anddesign of the conveyor and its affiliates. On the basis of specifieddimensions is processed transporter function calculation, a simplifieddesign and conveyor tensioning devices. The work is accompanied bydrawings stretching equipment and conveyor assemblies.
Tomioka Mill

The supervising teacher of the Thesis chose two bulidings to be the subject of solution, which were used as warehouses of cocoons. These are the biggest buildings of the premises as for the volume, which stand out for their impressing construction and their area (1493,1 & 1486,6 m2). The distance between them is aprox. 125 m. The systém of construction is the same in both the buildings, it is a wooden timber reinforced brick masonry frame in modular size of 3,6 x 6,15 m. The constructive height of street floor of building A is 4,4 m, building B 3,85 m. The clearence of bulinding A is 3,85 m and for building B 3,27m. The clearance of second floor in both objects is 4,84m. The existing inner staircase has one arm and is of 54 cm in width. There is a cargo lift on its … covered by … for the connecting the floor areas. … … of both the building forms together with wooden pillars elements also … . The windows of 160 cm width are set rytmicaly in three consecutive rows, they ensure max lighting of the interior of the buildings. The roofing of the buildings is made from wooden frame structure and covered by tiles. Progress in technology of mold milling with coated profile tools

This diploma thesis is involved in possible development of different types of milling molds coated with modern plows. The first part is devoted to an analysis of contemporary trends in forms production technology. The analysis includes the different types of machines and tools for making various kinds of molds and dies. Another part deals with design of dies for sheet metal shears. The thesis continues by design of the production procedure after heat treatment and finishing die by miling. For milling of die are designed miling tools, the NC program and the possible development of manufacturing the die using a new machining center and the possibility of production optimization. The penultimate point of the thesis is technical and economical evaluation of the direction of development and comparison of positives and negatoves of each method. At the final evaluation is all summed up.
Conversion of freed castle original facility(service) buildings, Zdar nad Sazavou

An extensive historical estate of the Kinsky family connected with the Žďár nad Sázavou monastery and create a remarkable set of cultural and natural heritage. Monastery owners, the Kinsky family, are seeking for a long time to evaluate this legacy, and therefore, has recently decided to prepare concrete reflection on the development and rehabilitation of the monastery and its accessories by preparing a global strategy for the concept of building development and its tourist use. The ambition of the Kinsky family is to develop in Žďárka a project of an important monument and Cultural center with European fame. Their will is to create from this place an important example of cultural and tourist development beyond the territory The presence of a unique collection of Baroque culture and architectural monuments from the Jan Blažej Santini (pilgrimage church of St. John of Nepomuk, The Monastery, the Abbey, the Church of the Assumption of Virgin Mary, the Riding Hall, the Cemetery, the Lyra Farm, the Chateau) make this area a unique monument and an important cultural heritage of the Czech Republic. The area of the monastery with its surroundings opens the strong potential of free space in the remarkable historical buildings capable of transforming cultural, tourist and commercial functions of all types: cultural events, expositions and exhibitions, seminars, accommodation, restaurant operations. Recently, the topic of the public cultural space has become more recent. These are new cultural buildings where people can meet, have fun and learn every day, spend their free time every day. Earlier, communism times fulfilled this function with cultural buildings. But modern life dictates new demands and functions of public space. Today it assumes more interactive space than before. Person works with space and architecture, engaging in activities. A new urban space is emerging, which opens up for a full-day multifunctional use - a cultural area. On the basis of the analysis of the solved territory, a proposal dealing with the whole locality of economic premises of the monastery was elaborated as a complex whole whose main aim was to create a functional and aesthetic environment. The site is situated in the area of the Cistercian monastery, which is located between two ponds. Next to the monastery there is a public transport stop and a public car parking. Design territory is defined by the monastery's backyard area. In addition, there is a functioning elementary school. The project is based on minimalism and respect for the place. Combined with the historical basis of the complex, a new cultural unit will be created. The cultural center is multifunctional, which corresponds to a simple and clearly arranged operation allowing for a wide range of cultural and educational activities, which can be attended by both: tourists and children from the local elementary school. The proposed multifunctional cultural facility meets the basic requirements for organizing cultural events of diverse character, such as theater, film and music performances, shows, balls, dance and sports courses and other social activities. It also provides facilities for families, mothers with children and open-air events during the summer months.
Renewal of the Mill Grounds In Tasovice

Renewal of the Mill Grounds in Tasovice project presents a strategy of a feasible approach to the buildings with a historical value in baroque landscapes of the South Moravia. In three steps the project consequently restores the life and re-joins torn socio-cultural interconnections in a municipality affected by destiny of the Sudetenland landscapes. The strategy derives from local singularities and cultural heritage. In the first phase a mini-brewery and confectionery come into existence. This reflects already existing phenomenons in the municipality. The second phase brings restaurant with variable cultural space, emphasizing local patriotism. In the third phase, the Mill Grounds are extended by services, such as accomodation, events and workshops, info centre, and open itself to the tourism. Presented project preserves current constructions and structures as much as possible and lets excell the structures with a historical value. The original historical constructions are handled in traditional materials (brick, stone, wood), new structures are in glas and corten metal.
Adaptation of the Watermill

The bachelor´s thesis is composed of two parts. In the first part, there is a generally discourse about small water power plants, their structural design, mechanical equipment and economical efficiency and its function is to create the basic conception of the waterwork. The second one deals concretely with the small water power plant in Crhov, that was rebuilt from the original mill by Mr. Petr König in 1990s.

In mechanical industry, both additive and subtractive manufacturing methods are controlled by instructions in G-code, making it possible to utilize both technologies in one modular device. Main objective is to design, construct, and calibrate multipurpose machine based on RepRap 3D printer, which will be able to use attached spindle to precisely mill light materials. Particular emphasis is given to ability to carve a pattern and drill holes in plated substrate in order to create functional PCB by incision.

This diploma thesis serves as experimental proof of real world capabilities of computer designed hobby CNC milling machine with its parts printed on a 3D printer. First half is a brief introduction of CNC technologies to non-professional audience. Second part together with 3D model works as manual to build your own machine. Priority was to keep costs to minimum with decent accuracy still in mind.
Conversion relating to vacant historical buildings of the castle Žďár nad Sázavou

The area is located in the southern part of the castle complex in Zdar, land in an urban zone. The original function of the castle in Zdar was a Cistercian monastery, founded 02.05.1252, which is credited with the expansion of the region. The castle is close to important UNESCO World Heritage Site - Pilgrimage church of the John of Nepomuk on the Green hill, which is a prerequisite for tourism in the region. The architectural design is based on the idea of recovery of unused buildings for the benefit of tourism on the one hand and on the other hand, it seeks to enrich local communities and the region. Suggest a feature builds on the newly created Museum of the new generation, which represents the potential of tourism. The draft proposal seeks to complete the missing and necessary functions in the area while trying to build on the tradition and the original object function.
