The bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of personnel working in small businesses. The theoretical part summarizes the principles and practices of personnel work in small businesses and are briefly outlined recruitment activities. Analytical section describes the specific small businesses and access to private activities and their actual implementation. The conclusion is based on the results of the analysis assesses the functioning of the HR functions within the plant and the proposed measures amendments and recommendations.

Personnel activities in the company and motivation of employees

This thesis is focused on analysis of personnel activities of the organization and motivation of employees to explore the implementation of the HR functions in a small company and determine the level of motivation and satisfaction of its employees. Output from the analysis should help the company to take such measures that could help to improve the functioning of the enterprise. In the first part is initially described the theoretical basis necessary for understanding the topic. I deal with some chosen personnel activities such as staff planning, jobs analysis, staff attracting and selecting, adaptation, remuneration and redundancies. The basic concepts related to motivation of employees are explained there, including some selected theories of motivation and the means of influence of motivation to work. In the practical part I apply the gained knowledge to a description and analysis of personnel activities exercised in a particular company. To determine the motivation of employees was carried out by a questionnaire. Results from this research have revealed some problem areas, which would be needfull to focus on and improve existing processes.

The aim of this thesis is the total analysis of human resources management and its particular human resources processes in a small company (fitness centre). There are described and analysed established processes of human resources management in the thesis. The theory based on modern literature of human resources management is compared with established practices in the small company. On the base of the comparison of the theory and practices there are identified and explained good examples and mistakes of the human resources management in the company. There are suggestions and recommendations that should be taken into account in order to improve the human resources management in the company.

Transition of small company into middle-sized company - change management in the management of work output

This master thesis deals with problems of changes in the management of human resources connected to an expansion of a company. It focuses on small and middle-sized companies. The first part describes theoretical principles of company growth, change management and specifics of small and middle-sized companies, including differences in human resources management. The second part describes some practical examples in the field of company growth and related changes. Different attitudes and ways applied to implement changes while solving growth problems are shown on the sample of two selected companies Each of the two companies finally developed in an opposite way, depending on how they had implemented changes. The first company continues its development as a middle-sized company and the latter bankrupted. Analysis of reasons of the success or failure while managing the growth is a part of this master thesis.

Ve své bakalářské práci se zaměřuji na oblast péče o zaměstnance. Nejprve rozvádím tento pojem teoreticky a v další části se prakticky zabývám analýzou péče o pracovníky v malé účetní firmě. V této firmě bylo provedeno dotazníkové šetření. Z výsledků daného průzkumu byly stanoveny závěry a následná doporučení pro případné zkvalitnění poskytovaných služeb.

This bachelor thesis considers with analysis of human resources management and development. In it's theory part it is describing basic personal works that should be done in small companies and is bringing about information about an Investors in People standard, which is exactly focused on human resources management and development. In it's practical part the author is then introducing a specific little firm, the ways that personal works are being done in there and he is pointing out main drawbacks and possible solutions which might be done in this company. All of these suggestions and tips are exactly based on the just in the practical part introduced standard Investors in People.

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou personální práce v malém podniku. V teoretické části jsou popsány personální práce, strategie a politika a jednotlivé personální činnosti, dále jsou definovány malé a střední podniky a jejich výhody a nevýhody. Praktická část se zabývá malým elektromontážním podnikem, kdy je nejprve popsána současná situace ve firmě z hlediska personálních činností a poté jsou navrženy změny, které by v podniku měly zlepšit personální práci.

Diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou personální práce a personálních činností prováděných ve společnosti HB PRINT,s.r.o.V teoretické části jsou vymezeny základní pojmy z personálního managementu. Na tuto část navazuje představení společnosti HB PRINT. Analytická část je věnována rozboru současného stavu personální práce ve společnosti a definování slabých a silných stránek jednotlivých personálních činností. Další úsek praktické části se zabývá návrhy řešení problematických činností.Práce naznačuje směr, kterým by se vedení společnosti mělo ubírat, aby zlepšilo výkon personální práce.
