This bachelor thesis is focused on development of ice hockey in South Bohemia. Ice hockey is very popular sport in our country and in recent decades, this sport changes lives. This thesis is primary focused on history of ice hockey in cities Czech Budweis and Pisek. Captures not only development of clubs, but also events that made history. The goal is to demonstrate how were those events of clubs in South Bohemia presented in periodicals and in other types of modern media.

Title: Speed stimulation during the ice hockey season in a category of younger cadets Objectives: The main purpose of this Bachelor Thesis is to discover the effectiveness of the two-month plan focused on the speed progress during the ice hockey season 2017/2018 in a category of younger cadets. Tasks: Based on the literature review, prepare a two-month speed practise program and apply it during the ice hockey season in a category of younger cadets, Do motor tests which evaluate a state of motor abilities, Compare results of the motor tests between individual players and dates of the testing, Find out the effectiveness of the six-month speed practise program. Methods: The research was realized using a motor testing method. Hypotheses: H1: I presume that there will be an improvement in the speed tests on ice. H2: I presume that there will be a great improvement in the speed tests on the ground. H3: I presume that there will be an association between the improvement on the ice and on the ground. Results: Average improvement can be noticed in speed test running up the stairs (0,17 second +  0,32). The results of the other two tests did not prove a great improvement. Title: Research on the financial and time demands of ice hockey Objectives: The main objective of this work is a detailed investigation of the financial and time demands of ice hockey in youth ages. Another facet is to compare the results of the research conducted with the results of the research "How to increase the number of children in hockey clubs?" The last aim is to perform a regression analysis of the obtained research results. Methods: The research carried out in this diploma thesis mainly uses elements of quantitative research methods. The questioning of the public was carried out by means of a written questionnaire survey. Other methods used in the diploma thesis were the comparison method and the regression analysis method. Results: The thesis brings an uncharted view of the real financial and time demands of ice hockey in the youth categories in the Czech Republic. Interested public see ice hockey as a financial and time-consuming sport. Another integral part of the diploma thesis is to compare the results of the research conducted with the results of the research "How to increase the number of children in hockey clubs?" The relationship of stickhandling and skating agility with puck at eleve players

Title: The relationship of stickhandling and agility skating with puck at eleve players. Objectives: The main goal of the bachelor thesis is to compare and establish the relationship between the level of stickhandling and the skating speed with puck in players of younger school age, ascertained by means of testing on the ice rink. Methods: In the research, we used Spearman's correlation coefficient to compare the results between the level of simple manipulation control with puck and the difference in skating speeds without the puck and with the puck. Furthermore, the difference of the probands between the time of the best attempts with the puck and without the puck was based on the success of the test simple manipulation control with puck. We determined the level of the Test of Gross Motor Development, TGMD-2. Results: The results show a correlation of the simple test of the manipulation control with the puck to agility tests on the ice rink (test around the circles r= -0,50; slalom test r= -0,72; test in circle r= -0,61). In addition, there was founded a lesser time difference in test of agility without the puck and with the puck at players with a higher skill in handling the puck. Title: Transfer and interference in tennis technique Objectives: The main goals of this paper is to compare the techniques of tennis and ice hockey players and propose the correction techniques. Method: The basic method will be used method of direct observation of players in the game situations. Results: Based on the literature, I compared the correct performance of tennis techniques with the technique of players, who play ice hockey at the same time. Diagnosis of game performance by statistical analysis in ice hockey

Aim of the thesis The aim of this thesis is to show usage of analysis of basic and advanced statistics to evaluate the game performance in ice-hockey. Using this analysis can be more accurate because it is based on facts. This statement is compared with evaluation of the game performance by the experts that used direct observing method. The main aim of this thesis is to bring this idea to the Czech ice-hockey community which can be helpful to improve the club hockey in Czech Republic or improve Czech ice-hockey itself. Methods of thesis The method of analysis of statistical data to evaluate the game performance is used in this diploma thesis. Statistical data were acquired by indirect watching of video records of the games. This analysis is compared with method of direct observing of the game to evaluate the game performance which was used by experts. Conclusion By analyzing current situation in evaluating the game performance it was found out that many teams are still using method of direct observing to evaluate the game performance. In practical part of the thesis the experts after using method of direct observing of the game came up with different conclusions. Title: Efficiency of shooting transferred from the training process to a match Objectives: The diploma thesis is focusing on gathering information about shooting in ice hockey, creating excercises, two training units for shooting and then evaluating collected statistics on shooting from the whole season of one youth team. Attention will be given to a comparison of the productivity and efficiency of the shooting in order to find out how useful the invented exercises had been to improve shooting throughout the season. Methods: The diploma thesis uses experimental methods in order to incorporate fictional exercises to the training process. Consequently statistics that were collected throughout the season were used to check whether the increase in productivity and shooting efficiency was positive. Results: The considered set was separand by the selected statistics into three time periods. The subsequent comparison led to an increase in productivity and efficiency during the whole season. Title of dissertation: Selected factors of success of Czech goalkeepers' sports performance and the analysis of the goalkeeper's game activities in the basic part of the Tipsport extraliga ČSLH 2017/2018 Objectives of dissertation: To find out whether there is an association between the body height and the total percent success of Czech goalkeepers in Czech Hockey Extraliga. Another aim was to analyse the success of particular game techniques in the matches of the basic part of the competition. Methods: Comparison of the body height and the achievement of players by using the Pearson-co- correlation coefficient. The research part of this thesis was carried out through the method of indirect observation of 14 Tipsport extraliga matches. It is particularly a technique of goalkeeper's selected game activities and the analysis of their success. Results: According to the results of correlation it is obvious that there is no relationship between the body height and the percent success of the goalkeeper. Goalkeepers of the Czech extraliga use the game activity butterfly more than 90 percent while responding to the kicked hockey puck in every hockey match. The success of the following game activity and its technique (reverse V-H) is bellow the boundary of 90 percent.

Title: Funding Opportunitites For Ice Hockey Club Slavoj Zbraslav Objectives: The key objective of this thesis is to find out new possibilities of funding the ice hockey club Slavoj Zbraslav, especially from public funds. In addition, proposals for the specific grants, that the ice hockey club can use, are made as a part of the thesis. Methods: The thesis use a qualitative method of an interview to collect the primary data. Further the secondary data are analysed with the methods of descriptive analysis and analysis of the documents. Results: The ice hockey club Slavoj Zbraslav does not use all possible grants for funding. Therefore, some of the funding program were selected and new proposals for grants were suggested.
