Valuation of a company

This theisis deals with the valuation of a selected company. The main instrument used for achieving the valuation is the income method of valuation. In the first part of the thesis is defined theoretical background that are needed for developing the practical part. The practial part of the thesis contains the characteristics of the selected company. For the purposes of valuation was performed strategic snalysis and were analyzed key financial indicators of valuated company. The part of the work is allso predicting the value of individual generators, financial plan and the achal valuation based on dicounted cash-flow and prfit method based on the capitalized net income. The aim is to determine the value of the company to selected date of valuation.

Assessing the Efficiency of a Company Using Statistical Method

The master’s thesis deals with the evaluation of financial efficiency of the company Bučovice Tools, a.s. using statistical methods. The theoretical part describes financial analysis, time series analysis, regression analysis and correlation analysis. In the practical part, the selected indicators of financial analysis are subjected to statistical analysis to detect dependence between indicators and to determine the prediction of the future development. Based on the financial results, the company is compared with a chosen company and with average indicators of the industry and are designed possibilities to improve the economic situation.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to evaluate financial indicators in TRANS-TECHNIK company using statistical methods. The bachelor thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part, where the theoretical part describes the selected financial indicators and their calculating methods. Furthermore, it describes regressive analysis and time lines. In the practical part, this theory is then applied to the selected company TRANS-TECHNIK. At the end of this thesis, suggestions on how to improve the company situations can be found.

Accounting policy of the entities preparing their financial statements in accordance with IFRS

The diploma thesis deals with the design of measures to prevent accounting fraud for units compiling IFRS financial statements. The thesis is divided into three parts. The first part describes the theory of creating international harmonization of accounting systems. The second part is devoted to the analysis and description of selected, the most frequently used international accounting standards, from which the part of own solutions is based. The third part, own solution proposals, deals with the application of the analytical part to a specific selected company, ČD Cargo, a. s. Differences between accounting in different accounting systems are discussed, namely the impact of differences on selected indicators of financial analysis.

The bachelor thesis is focused on the evaluation of the present economic business development through financial analysis in years 2014 to 2018. In the first part of the bachelor thesis there are theoretical notes. In the second part there are introduced characteristic of society, calculations of indicators and evaluation of financial situation based on the results of the analysis. The last part concern recommendation, which lead to improvements of investigated status.

Furthermore, with the application of efficient statistic methods to historical data the company will gain prognosis of future trends and these will be decisive in the process of eliminating deficiencies and proposing solutions to improve financial situation of the company.

This bachelor´s thesis evaluates the current financial situation of the company SCHWARTZ TECHNICKÉ PLASTY ČR s. r. o. based on selected indicators. With the help of selected financial indicators and statistical methods are then made suggestions for improvement. The theoretical part contains a description of selected indicators of financial analysis, time series and regression analysis. The practical part is an analysis of selected indicators of financial analysis, calculation of statistical characteristics, regression functions and determining future developments for the coming two years with the help of regression analysis. The third part consists of suggestions for improving the current situation, which are based on calculations from the practical part.
