The analysis of acoustic and dynamic parameters of the track skeleton
Ratislavová, Eva ; Tomandl, Vladimír (referee) ; Smutný, Jaroslav (advisor)
This diploma thesis is focused on experimental measurement and acoustic and dynamic behavior analysis of railway construction with the Y – steel sleepers and their comparison with concrete sleepers. The measurements were taken in situ, in suitable sections of a railway line. These sections meet the requirements of regional railway tracks in the Czech Republic. Monitored parameters were obtained by measuring a response of testing trains and were analyzed using frequency and time analysis. Based on these evaluations, comparisons of particular constructions and their recommendations for practice were made.
Fourier transformation and spectrogram analysis of DNA sequences
Krejčí, Michal ; Provazník, Ivo (referee) ; Maděránková, Denisa (advisor)
Various methods of DNA sequences modifications for frequency analysis and basic characteristics of DNA are described in the theoretical part of this thesis. Tricolor spectrograms, created by short time Fourier transform help us to recognize some characteristic patterns in DNA sequences. Practical part of this work deals with developed programme which generates spectrograms and analyse them. Last part deals with the analysis of selected sequences of C. elegans genome. Some patterns are related to data of public databases such as NCBI. Various patterns are explained from the biological nature, which relates to chromosome structure and protein coding regions. Another well recognised patterns, tandem repetitions composed of satellites, microsatellites and minisatelites are described by spectrograms as well.
Properties electrodes materials for alcaline accumulators
Řihák, Lukáš ; Vrbický, Jiří (referee) ; Sedlaříková, Marie (advisor)
This thesis is involved in basical properties of electrode materials for alkaline accumulators. This thesis describes the possibilities of capacity stabilisation of nickel electrode to be stable for highest number of cycles. Thesis also consider modification of properties of electrode materials on the base of nickel hydroxide by using dopes (aluminum, manganese). Measuration proceeded on the thin film electrodes created by electrodeposition. Measuration of properties of electrodes proceeded by cyclic voltammetry and frequency analyzis.
Remote measuring systems and its utilization in practise
Kukla, Zdeněk ; Škoda, Jan (referee) ; Baxant, Petr (advisor)
This master’s thesis is dealing with remote measuring systems and their utilization in power engineering. In the first part there are described requirements on an autonomous measuring system and description of AMM and AMR systems. Communicating and data flows working on accurately defined communicating layers are also depicted in this part. The attention is devoted to the possibility of data processing and functions of devices offered by these attributes. In the following part there are described reasons for utilization of remote measuring systems in power engineering and the main advantages of connection of more devices into one unit. After finding of required parametres and functions of systems, a suggestion of terminal device is created in the same way. The suggestion is described in the measuring part with A/D converter, processing in microprocessor, measuring and evaluating alogorithms and attributes of communication of bus used. The last part is devoted to utilization of remote analysis in small power stations in dispersed production. Formation of deformation of voltage, harmonic analysis of signal and its application for data processing are described there. Described analysis was tested on data acquired from a cogeneration unit.
Modeling of thin-walled frames mechatronic systems with fillet welds and their influence on the natural frequency
Appel, Martin ; Hadaš, Zdeněk (referee) ; Vosynek, Petr (advisor)
This bachelor thesis is focused on methods of reduction degrees of freedom and their application in mechatronical system. Next part is focused on fillet welds and their modelling in Ansys Workbench software. Individual possibilities of geometry of welds are analysed by modal, static and harmonic analysis. Aim of this thesis is comparison of results of analysis for different methods of geometry of welds. Then it compare results of modal analysis in Ansys Workbench and Adams software. Finally the work deals with possibilities of exporting from Ansys Workbench to Adams, Matlab and Excel software.
Structure modeling of mechatronic systems with spot welds and their influence on the eigen frequency
Gajdík, Michal ; Hadaš, Zdeněk (referee) ; Vosynek, Petr (advisor)
This bachelor thesis examines various types of spot welds in Ansys Workbench 13. In first chapter of this thesis are described theoretical foundations of simulation modeling. In following phase are analyzed each methods of simulation modeling. Practical part is about realizing different types of spot welds and examining their impact on clamped boards. Outputs of this thesis are modal abilities of each executed type of spot weld. On attached CD are program annex and project in Ansys Workbench 13. The goal is to analyze differently modeled spot welds, displaying primal deflections and comparison of modal abilities.
MEASUREMENT OF DYNAMIC PARAMETERS OF TRACK GRID
Podolník, Adam ; Tomandl, Vladimír (referee) ; Smutný, Jaroslav (advisor)
Coupled with theory analyses, various static and dynamic tests carrying out in laboratory or directly on site serve as a basis for selection and comparison of particular rail superstructure parts. It should be noted that the theoretical analysis of the application of mathematical modeling is often based on highly idealized assumptions. The purpose of this bachelor thesis is the experimental analysis of dynamic effects of selected flexible fastening structures without baseplates. Forces induced by the passage of trains have been simulated on a specially prepared samples using inertial exciter. Additional measurements of the dynamic response of structures to shock induced by a modal hammer were also performed. Measurements were performed in the laboratory of ÚPKO and ÚŽKS and in situ.
Experimentální modální analýza dřevěné desky
Mandinec, Josef
This thesis is focused on testing of a wooden plate with three methods of modal analysis: Chladni patterns method, multi-point measurement with microaccelerometers and optical scaning method using digital image correlation. Thesis is also focused on the procedure in the softwares, especially DEWESoft and DEWESoft FRF. The output of each method are pictures (and animation from the software DEWESoft FRF) of eigenmodes of a wooden plate at its own resonant frequencies. The methods were compared with each other and also with existing mathematical model
Dative construction in Spanish: analysis based on Crea corpus
NEJEDLÁ, Pavla
The aim of this bachelor thesis is to define the dative in Spanish with the focus on the dative constructions me es and to carry out the frequency analysis of above mentioned constructions. The analysis will be based on the data generated by the corpus CREA. The bachelor thesis is divided into two parts: a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part is dedicated to the determination of the semantic and the syntactic character of the dative element in general and the dative pronoun in me es constructions, which shows certain specifics. These specifics are mainly its syntactical dependence on the verb and its semantical dependence on the adjective. The practical part contains the analysis that covers the frequency of the occurrence of me es constructions together with the adjectives that combine with these constructions. At the same time, the analysis forms the basis for the identification of the syntactic structures in which the phrases me es can be found.
