Business Plan for the Foundation of Production and Selling of Confectionery Products

The thesis deals with the proposal of a business plan for the establishment of a company engaged in production and sale of confectionery products in the Rožnov region. To enter this relatively small but highly competitive market, a differentiation path is chosen, in particular by selling traditional and fair desserts in a home-based thematic patisserie. Another planned distribution route is the sale of coffee and selected products from a mobile stand in front of the fourth most visited museum in the Czech Republic. For the compilation of the business plan, information and data from books and online resources are used as well as data from the analysis of the company's external and internal environment. The business plan proposal itself includes a description of the company's concepts and plans, including the prediction of the financial situation of the future business.
Trends in marketing targeted at children

The bachelor thesis deals with current trends in the field of marketing communication targeted at children. The topic of advertising targeted at children comes up with a variety of questions about regulation and ethics and current trends in communication make it even more complicated. The research of reference literature is a basis of the theoretical part of the work, which describes some aspects of targeting at children in more details. On one hand it is different perception of advertising content in connection with the age of children, on the other hand it is regulation of advertising itself and ethical dimension of the whole problem. Besides, also tools and communication channels targeting at children and the newest trends in this field are described. Since the advertising targeted at children is closely related to parents, the second part of the work is devoted to their perception of marketing communication with children via questionnaires. The result of the thesis is not only introduction of current trends in communication with children, but also tendencies in perception of the communication by parents, who considers the advertising targeted at children as a highly unethical and calls for more regulation. Beyond regulation could be a good solution of overgrown advertising targeted at children...

Marketing activities in the confectionary sphere

This Bachelor thesis titled "Marketing activities in the confectionary sphere" is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The former focuses on the marketing mix and explains the terms related to entrepreneurship. The latter part deals with the Business Plan and setting up of a business in the confectionary sphere. Included in this part is also market research. The goal of the thesis is to verify the correctness of current marketing practices and to determine the viability of a Cupcake Wonderland retail store.
