This Bachelor thesis is on the management of stock in selected companies Tesco Stores, a. S with a specific operation in the Vitriol in the Slovak Republic. The pri-mary objective is to analyse the current state of the inventory management on the basis of inter-related resources of the company. The work is divided into two parts, namely the theoretical part (literaty search) and a practical part (own work). In the theoretical part describes concepts relating to the management of stocks in general, in the practical section is intended to describe the basic information about the selected operating system storage, labelling and the current state of the inventory description promos stocks on the selected product. The final section provides information on the results observed in the practical part and suggestions to improve the operation of the service.
CSR activities of Tesco Stores Czech Republic a.s. in 2009-2010

2 Abstract The thesis focuses on social responsible activities of Tesco Stores Czech Republic in 2009 - 2010, puts them into context of marketing communication and analyses them, using three basic pillars of CSR - economic, social and environmental. First the concept of CSR and its establishment is described along with the parts it includes and the instruments it provides for a corporation - also from the standpoint of marketing. The key terms needed for following description of activities are defined and the thesis doesn't avoid the topic of critics of CSR. In the next part, Tesco Stores Czech Republic is introduced to be the subject of a case study. Only years 2009 and 2010 were selected for the purpose of this study. Nevertheless, this period is rich for wide range of CSR activities. Described activities will be separately evaluated using the three pillars of CSR in summarized in conclusion. In the end, some of possible improvements of communication activities will be proposed.
The concept of an information retail technology

The main aim of this bachelor thesis is to describe a concept of a retail information technology. Modern retail technology is really important in the present day. It offers to the costumers the extraordinary services which can make their purchasing easier. Modern technology steps up and simplifies their purchasing and paying, for example: self-checkouts. Modern technology also raises the profits of the retail companies and that´s why it´s so necessary to pay attention to the modern technology in the shops. This bachelor work is specialized in self-checkouts in the retail unit Tesco in České Budějovice. In this work you can find terms like information technology, retail store, wholesale, marketing research and new information systems. There is also a marketing survey, which consist of the questionnaire research. Based on this method there is identified how costumers perceive these modern technologies in Tesco.

This presented thesis entitled Fraud Issues Focusing on Fraudulent Financial Reporting deals fraudulent accounting in the Czech Republic and the world. The first part aims to introduce the reader to the cornerstone of accounting, specifically basic accounting principles and regulation. An important starting point of this thesis is also an internal control system and an internal directives. These consist of a set of interconnected controls contributing to the protection of entity's property. After that follows a general description of fraudulent conduct with a partition of misappropriation asset handling, corruption and misstatement of financial statements. The last part consists of an analysis of fraudulent behaviour and selected accounting cases. Specifically, these are the frauds of insurance company M. P. a. s. (which continues to work despite these issues), the Tesco scandal with effects on shares and the case of Skanska

This Bachelor thesis is dealing with an assessment and comparison of shopping atmospherics of two selected stores owned by chain stores Tesco Stores ČR a.s. and AHOLD Czech Republic a.s., this is followed with suggestion on improvements. This thesis is divided into four chapters. The chapter part is focused on theoretical definition of shopping atmospheric and its components. The second chapter characterizes each chain store. It describes their brief history and a present and pictures their labels and services. In a third chapter the thesis deals with the assessment of each stores through a terrain research and deals with comparison through pair comparison method and a survey. A fourth chapters objective is to suggest possible solution for improvements each components of shopping atmospheric and to show todays retail trends that can influence it.

The topic of this diploma thesis is use of private foodstuff labels in a chosen Czech market marketplace between 2009 and 2014. First part of the diploma thesis deals with private labels portion with respect to overall goods volume as well as with progress of overall product volume in particular product categories. Second part of the diploma thesis deals with progress of private lablel product price and price of some competitive products subsequently the topic of this diploma thesis is an intensity of private labels price relevance on venality. Third part of the diploma thesis deals with depreciation of ratio indicators on the the particular marketsale.

The bachelor thesis is focused on marketing communications of major retail markets compared to local stores. I've focused in my theoretical part on influence of distributions organizations impact on their surroundings. Also I focused on possible ways of promotions for the use of marketing tools and their impact on consumer's behaviour. In the empirical part is inspected the analysis of marketing communications of selected stores in Nový Lískovec and surrounding area. I've selected for my research Tesco, Albert and "Můj obchod".
