Measuring RLC on the components of electrical circuits
Pokorný, Marek ; Vítek, Ondřej (referee) ; Veselka, František (advisor)
Aim those work is inform numerator about possibilities and features gauging apparatus 7600 Precision LCR undergrounds and further then about metering paramers R,L,C on components electric standing ,especially then on sliding contacts, with which this work acquaint and how are their characteristics important for correct functionality electrical machine whereof are site rated power.Warp work largely start from manual to apparatus 7600 Precision LCR undergrounds and further then out publication sliding contact in electrical machine - doc. Veselka, doc. Chmelik.
Diagnosis sliding contact using practical applications "Methods particulate"
Kopecký, Jiří ; Mach, Martin (referee) ; Veselka, František (advisor)
This thesis deals with the sliding contact of electrical machines and its diagnostic methods. Namely, the dust-particles method for assessing the length decrease of brushes is deeply described. Then, usage of the method in industry is described. The comparison of accuracy between manual version and new automated version of the method using computer analysis is presented. The final section is devoted to the practical verification of the new automated version which was developed especially for large machines. Measurements were performed on a small machine.
Contribution to express practical assessment methods for evaluating the quality of the sliding contact
Kurzępa, Marek ; Janda, Marcel (referee) ; Veselka, František (advisor)
This thesis is devoted to the topic of kluzný kontakt and its diagnostic, especially to the type of diagnostic using the method of -- of dust particles. The author presents an example of applying this method and deals with the topic of development of a laboratory template that will give access to bigger variability in studying this method.
Using the Microscope for diagnostics of Structure of Materials and Fault El. Equipment
Cvak, Jan ; Hájek, Vítězslav (referee) ; Veselka, František (advisor)
The goal of this thesis is to describe the possibility of using a microscope for documentation defects and innovation of electrical machines. I used an electron microscope to document carbon brushes and nanomaterials for possible upgrade of the sliding contact. Use microscopes gives us detailed information about the structure of materials, at the largest stress of the electrical machine. Based on the collected data can be further analyzed and innovation of the carbon brush.
: STUDY AND VERIFICATION OF PROPERTIES PICK – UP GENERATORS FOR WIND POWER
Glogar, Jaroslav ; Janda, Marcel (referee) ; Veselka, František (advisor)
This master thesis deals with study of properties pick-up generators for wind power. First part of thesis studies wind turbines, its structure, generators and describes advantages and disadvantages of ashore and offshore location. The next part presents description of parts of sliding contact. The main part assesses the impact of sea environment on sliding contact in generators at offshore wind turbines.
The issue of revision of the electric sliding contact machines
Kozumplík, Miroslav ; Janda, Marcel (referee) ; Veselka, František (advisor)
This work is dealing with issue about revisions of electrical equipment with focused on sliding contact. The first time I will deal enumaration and simple desription the mainly machines which uses sliding contact. The next time i will deal legislation two of standard for revision and then I will write about basic procedures for work with microscope. The next time I will bring photographic documentation of samples of brushes and at the last the strengh test of brushes with results.
Assessment of the design of the new solution sliding contact in electrical machines
Záhejský, Petr ; Mach, Martin (referee) ; Veselka, František (advisor)
The thesis is devoted to assessing the concept of a new solution to the sliding contact in electrical machines. The work is focused mainly on the issue of collector engines, which are almost exclusively used in electric hand tools. Much of the work is devoted to angle grinders, which are usually used in extreme conditions and demands for seamless operation are enormous. In order partial insight into the problems in the introduction are studied phenomena acting on the sliding contact, wear and durability. Then further materials and diagnostic methods for increasing the transfer efficiency brush - commutator brush - ring. The following sections of this thesis is also considered a proposal innovated brush along with the practical verification and evaluation of the suitability of the use of innovative sliding contact.
Improving the operating characteristics of sliding contact
Mišinger, Lukáš ; Hájek, Vítězslav (referee) ; Veselka, František (advisor)
This master's thesis is focused on comparison of various conception of slide contacts. Studies of this theme are based on laboratory models and consequential experiments and measurements to the application of innovated slide contacts. The innovation is based on application Teflon on the slide contact's components. In this project there are presented results from measurements with application of innovated brushes „sT“, brush holders with „sT“ and new conception of slide contact with auxiliary teflon brush on DC machine. Next part is about innovation of trolley-bus traction collector, which was used on trolley-bus and results of its laboratory experiments. The last part presents results of long term experiments with "sT" technology, which was applicated in a few variants of industrial usage.
Degradation of insulating materials due to foreign particles
Hoferek, Jiří ; Hájek, Vítězslav (referee) ; Veselka, František (advisor)
The work is devoted to the influence of dust particles on the operation of rotating machines with sliding contact. In the work are described and characterized dust particles from environment of selected machines. Their influence on sliding contact and influence on the insulation system of these machines is investigated.
Utilization of SolidWorks at power electrical engineering
Fazekas, Tamás ; Mikulčík, Aleš (referee) ; Veselka, František (advisor)
The purpose of the bachelor thesis was to became familiar with parametric CAD systems and create a simple model in high power electronics branch. The first part of the project summarizes the most known CAD systems. The second part deals with a specifics software:SolidWorks 2008. Finally, a simple model has been created in Solidworks 2008 from the power electronics branch. It is a model of an electric machine which is suitable for the research of the sliding contact.
