Detached family hause is describet in inbachelor´s thesis. The hause is located in a part of the city Letovice, Kladoruby in the region of the Blansko. The building has an basement, two aboved -graunds plus an attic. In the basment are situated garage, shower, laundry toiled, and storage rooms. On the graund floor, there are ironworks shop witch storage and room for emloyees. On the first floor there is a kitchen, living room, work rooms and a questroom. In the attic there are one seperate room, two rooms witch dresing-rooms and bedroom witch dresing-room and bathroom. The hause is fouded on foudation strips made of concreate and build of the system HELUZ. Roofs above the main part of the hause as well above the staircase are saddle roofs, the pitch 35°. Clay tiles are the roofing materiál. The footprint of the house is 155,55 m2. The inbachelor´s thesis includes also seminar thesis of flooring terraces, balkonies and loggias.

Bethel Henry Strousberg and fall of his undertaking activities in Zbiroh region in the time of so called great depresion

This bachelor thesis is a case study and its main aim is to analyse the entrepreneurial activities of a German entrepreneur and the so called "king of the railways" Bethel Henry Strousberg in the Zbiroh region. Strousberg bought the manor farm estate Zbiroh in 1868. He intended to build a large railroad centre in this area which would later be called "Czech Manchester." His ambitious business activities (refurbishment of already existing factories and building of new ones, railways construction) collapsed during the depression of the 1870's. This thesis deals not only with the basics of the entrepreneurship and its development but predominantly with the causes of its fall. Standard methods of business history and regional history were used to write this thesis. Establishment and functioning of e-shop in the branch of ironmongery

The goal of this work is to describe to readers possible methods of establishment and operation e-shop. In the first section are presented procedures, which are required to make before technical realizing e-shop. This part is mainly concerned on economic analysis, where is point on basic questions, which is important to answer before technical realizing e-shop. Above all question relating characterization product, suppliers, customers, competition and SWOT analysis. Next is requirements to answer the question about legal essentials and search market which offers many kinds of technical solutions to establishment e-shop. The second section of this work is focused on practical establishment e-shop concerned in basic graphical adjustment and impletion data to e-shop on selected system FastCentrik. This work is oriented on concrete example e-shop e-zelezarstvi.cz
