Bus wiring systems for complex building management
Mokrý, Lukáš ; Macháček, Jan (referee) ; Bátora, Branislav (advisor)
The aim of my thesis is to examine current opportunities of bus wiring systems for complex building management, mainly its power and economic evaluation. It can be simply called intelligent electrical installation. I will examine two systems from INELS and ABB company. These systems contain functional components, mainly modules and controllers. By means of other materials, I’ll create a panel. Components will be placed there and electrically connected. After this, systems will be put into operation and programmed by means of their software. The next step is measuring of quatities during the various conditions of systems and consumption, which is one of the main aims of the thesis. Two apparatuses will be used for measuring. This thesis itself will contain theoretical analysis of systems, their description, using the way of operation and main advantages and disadvantages. Single components and complete process of measuring and working in laboratory will be described. An overall evaluation and comparison of the systems from various points of view, including the price, will be put together from results.
Utilization of light emitting diode lighting
Podola, David ; Černý, Michal (referee) ; Paloušek, David (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with problems of illumination by LED diodes. Basic concepts of lighting technology are defined in the first part. The second part is dealing with the construction of body LED diodes and explains the principle of white light formation to LED. Introduces problems of cooling. Gives an overview of the available power sources for LEDs. Provides an overview of how to control lighting by using motion sensors and presence sensors. Will be made basic economic balance sheet, which will evaluate the advantages of using LED sources. Attachments provide the LED catalogs of manufacturers, accessories for LED and comment on other sources of information.
Photobiological safety evaluation of light sources for household use
Jelínek, Jakub ; Motyčka, Martin (referee) ; Štěpánek, Jaroslav (advisor)
This thesis deals with the photobiological safety of light sources used for household lighting. The theoretical part of the thesis is devoted to areas related to photobiological safety, such as the basic description of vision functions, the description of light sources, as well as methods of measurement and evaluation. In the practical part, the spectrum of individual light sources is measured, from which the irradiance limits are calculated, according to which the source is assigned to the appropriate group of hazards.
Brightness control of light sources
Dostál, Lukáš ; Vorel, Pavel (referee) ; Huták, Petr (advisor)
Thesis is focus on brightness control of lighting sources. The first objective of the thesis is to determine basic concepts and explain interrealationships among particular magnitudes of lifting technology. Further is necessary describe functionality, particular light sources and thein possibility of use in practise. There is also outline issue of darkfall of particular types of sources and their evolution. The other part of thesis compare energy output of lighting sources and describe their possible future development. Further this thesis deals with options of regulating of brightness for LED moduls. There is also proposal of acceptable amperage regulator LED moduls including its software - microcontrol ATMEL AVG. Microcontrol ATMEL AVG Tiny 13 is programme in C language within computer environment AVR Studio 4 and will be record through the use of AVR Dragon.
Comparison of conventional light bulbs and contemporary light sources in terms of mutual exchange
Kočí, Martin ; Sokanský, Karel (referee) ; Baxant, Petr (advisor)
Term project on comparison of conventional light bulbs and light sources present in terms of mutual compensation marks dissertation, which will pay the same issue. The main pillar of the thesis will be a practical measure, whose structure is indicated below. Semester project constitutes a theoretical basis for a thesis and provides an overall introduction to the issue of compensation light sources. Emphasis is placed on the differences between the light source and the real problems may be encountered by consumers during the transition to another type of light bulbs, respectively. fluorescent lamps. Because consumers often replace the original lamps with compact fluorescent lamps, semester project pays attention to just the differences between ordinary incandescent and energy-saving fluorescent lamps.
Efficiency of Converting Electric Energy to Light in Current Light Sources
Krbal, Michal ; Pavelka, Tomáš (referee) ; Baxant, Petr (advisor)
The goal of this diploma’s thesis is to inform about present development of light sources, new technologies and about achieved parameters of these light sources. The thesis is mainly directed to describe efficiency of transformation electric energy to light at single types of light sources. There are described the concrete technical parameters of sources quoted by manufacturers and the contructional solution of single types of light sources. There is created a graphic comparation of electrotechnical and light parameters of the light sources.
Light Sources
Janík, Daniel ; Bejček, Ludvík (referee) ; Havlíková, Marie (advisor)
The aim of the thesis is to introduce the basic photometric quantities and measurement of these quantities. Next target is to get acquainted with the basic types of light sources, including various types, their construction and principle of their function. The work also deals with the measurement of electrical and photometric parameters of nine samples of concrete light sources. Measured sources in terms of energy and terms of quality of the light are compared with each other and with the data supplied by the producer.
Measurement of Discharge Light Sources Parameters
Štěpánek, Jaroslav ; Krbal, Michal (referee) ; Baxant, Petr (advisor)
The aim of my bachelor’s thesis is to provide a summary about discharge lights sources. It deals with their light and electric qualities. The work is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part pays attention to the construction of light sources; it provides information about photometric parameters and explores the connections the light sources into the power network. It describes the discharge lamp subtypes and subcategories. In practical part the quality of light sources is measured and the following results of measurement are evaluated.
Measurement of operating room lights quality
Rovná, Tereza ; Potočňák, Tomáš (referee) ; Harabiš, Vratislav (advisor)
This thesis is focused on measuring the quality of lighting in operating rooms. Operating lights are very demanding in terms of quality requirements for each parameter, so it is important to specify exactly these parameters and check them regurarly. To measure the quality of the light source, was used a special kit from Maquet. Measurement procedure was not as accurate as it was for operating lighting need, therefore, this work includes a proposal to improve the measurement of quality lighting in operating theaters. In cooperation with University Hospital Brno Bohunice University Hospital Motol and the company Maquet measured nine operating lights, each light were compared in terms of parameters such as maximum light intensity, light distribution in the surgical field. In each category were selected several lighting, which reached the best results. The various parameters were compared with values declared by the manufacturer.
Ekonomické vyhodnocení vlivu LED osvětlení na životní prostředí
Štikar, Michal
Final bachelor thesis on topic: Economic evaluation of the impacts of LED lighting on the environment, divided into a theoretical and a practical part. Theoretical part of the thesis deals with assigning terms and describes closely the effects of different kinds of lighting on the environment. Method used in the theoretical part is a study of expert literary and internet sources. In the practical part, investigation by a questionnare is realised. Acquired data is processed, analysed and evaluated. The main aim of the practical part is to find out if people know about various kinds of artificial lighting and effects on the environment. Acquired data by a questionare is evaluated and compared with established hypotheses. The next aim is to find out the energy savings of given sources of artificial light from economic perspective. It was found out that LED technology is the most economically effective in terms of energy and environment savings in various types of lightbulbs.
