The Study of Production Logistics in the Selected Company

The bachelor thesis deals with studies of the production logistics in the chosen company. At first the analysis of the current state of the production logistics is made, then the theoretical background to the problems is worked out. After that the thesis suggests own solution of the optimalization of the production logistics with focusing on placing of the workplaces and compares the state before and after.

Analysis and Optimalization of Running Reception Desk in Wellness Centre

Bachelor’s thesis is based on analysis of the company Infinit, and the further optimalization of its management for reception desk. The main porpose is focus on effectiveness of work, time saving, cost saving and making working proces more easy. The thesis is divided into 3 parts. The first part is devoted to the theoretical background of this work, in following parts the company is analysed via many analysis focused on running reception desk and organization structure. Thanks to all acquired data I introduce several proposals of solutions with their impacts as they were shown in analysis.

The diploma thesis deals with the proposal for improvement of distribution logistics in the production company. Firstly, the theoretical background is written, which will be the basis for another part of the work which focuses on the analysis of the company's internal and external environment, SWOT analysis and distribution of Pivovary Lobkowicz Group, a.s. At the end of the thesis there are proposed changes in distribution that lead to cost reduction and distribution efficiency.

Analysis and optimization of maintenance processes in a selected organization

This thesis focuses on the implementation of maintenance processes and their subsequent optimization in healthcare facility. Based on internal observation, interviews with executives on sections and analysis of the current situation were designed optimal changes to improve the situation in the regional healthcare facility.
Review of literature is a literature that relates to the theme of work, detailing the implementation of maintenance processes and their impacts on the effective action of the company. The analysis describes a specific company and the current situation in the field of maintenance processes, based on which, are proposed the recommendations and measures for the effective setting of these processes.
