Making the work more effective by using new technologies - case study

The present diploma thesis strives to promote the importance of information technologies and their implementation in the health care sector. In the introductory chapter the thesis gives an account of the development of the information technologies and information systems (IT/IS) in the CR and in the world. Further the thesis gives an introduction to some of the strategic documents supporting the development of IT/IS in the health care sector, and institutions and organisations active in the research and development of IT/IS in the CR are listed. Further to this, the thesis informs on particular IT/IS products dealing with the health care topics. The thesis also gives insight into the issue of hospital information systems (HIS) and analyses some of the health care information systems operating in the CZ and elsewhere. The criteria of selection an appropriate information system (IS) for a particular health care centre are further analysed. The following part of the thesis deals with implementing a new IS to the health care centre and its possible pitfalls, and gives recommendations as to making the transition as smooth as possible. Others education opportunities for women on maternity leave in the region of Czech Budejovice.

This work deals continuing education opportunities for women on maternity leave in the region Czech Budejovice. The aim is to answer the research questions: What are the most prevalent reasons for women on maternity leave for further education? Is the one of the main reasons better compete in the job market after leaving parental leave? The theoretical part of this thesis deals with the definition of concepts and key words, such as maternity and parental leave, training, motivation, job market, job search, labor code and more. The empirical part interprets the results of the research, which was conducted using qualitative methods. The research was focused on the search of educational activities and institutions offering these activities for women on maternity leave. The conclusion summarizes the main findings of the research.

The effect lump-sum expenses on the tax liability of taxpayer

The bachelor thesis concerns lump-sum expenses. In particular, their rates and restrictions, which have been implemented on this matter. The effect of the lump-sum expenses on the taxpayers levy is analyzed in the thesis through model examples. These examples illustrate the decisions of taxpayers given the option to apply either lump-sum or real expenses. The model situations demonstrated that the lumps-sum expenses are more popular as their rates increase, but on the contrary the imposed restrictions have an adverse impact on the taxpayers.

Predicative ability of accounting statements under Czech accounting

The diploma thesis "Presentation of the financial statements in accordance by Czech account legislature (ČÚS) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) in particular entity" aims to assess the presentation of the financial statements according with Czech accounting standard and IFRS. It focuses on the differences resulting from accounting under both accounting systems.

The objective of my bachelor work "Tesco customers´ awareness research" is a finding of Tesco company{\crq}s customers` awareness in respect of exploitation of technologies regardful of the living environment for ensuring of Tesco stores` operation. The other objective was to find out whether this fact influences the customers at the choice of a sales unit.
