Business Plan of a Selected Privately Owned Cultural Monument

The bachelor thesis presents a comprehensive business plan for the cultural monument Sýpka Lemberk with emphasis on the specific characteristics of a non-profit entity owned by a limited liability company and the goal of finding stable sources of financing for its operation. The plan has the potential to serve as a useful guide for the management of other cultural sites with similar challenges, both in the region and beyond. The theoretical part of the thesis focuses on the definition of marketing, business plan and marketing analysis specifically applied to cultural heritage sites. It also examines the cultural policy of the Czech Republic and the possibilities of financing and supporting monuments. The practical part of the thesis presents a developed business plan with the aim of ensuring stable financing for the operation of the monument in 2024 and a business model tightly linked to the marketing plan. The insights in the marketing mix are based on a thorough environmental analysis and quantitative questionnaire research conducted on a geographically stratified sample of the population. This provided valuable data on visitor preferences and opinions, which provides the basis for improving the visibility and attractiveness of the cultural monument Sýpka Lemberk.

Trademarks and Their Practical Application on Business Competition

I have chosen this topic because of my deep interest in the intellectual property rights and trademark issues especially. I consider trademarks one of the essential parts of the contemporary private law system, although it is very complicated to decide whether it pertains to the commercial law branch or to the civil law. Trademarks have connection to both the branches, but its legal provisions are highly specific and independent. The contemporary popularity of trademarks grows rapidly thanks to its major usability in practical life. Trademarks are irreplaceable, especially when there is a need to distinct between identical or similar goods and services that are offered by different producers or providers and are useful also, when there is a need to represent goods and services on the market. The trademarks can also be licensed, contractually transferred to other legal entity or can be the object of a deposit. The usability of the trademarks can be found also in their use as an immaterial investment in a company. Totalitarianism as a way to shoah

Introduction: The aim of this paper is to discuss the phenomenon of the Shoah from most angles and sides to avoid simplification and generalization. The result is the creation of activities for pupils outlining the Holocaust, the Shoah. I want to combine eyewitness testimony uměleckoliterárním rendition of the theme of the Shoah. For greater expertise as a starting point of my work I choose: I. general characteristics of totalitarianism or the system that gave rise to the Shoah, II. insight into historical context, as my activity is usable in more subjects: literature, civics and history is necessary for me this season prepared and factually. III. The art of literature related to the topic of the Shoah affected by the "wine", I will try to demonstrate the immanence of the destruction of human society, which is also what should be heard even at the end of my activities. IV. The final activity will be articulated eyewitness testimony and artistic text (which process the same historical events) will be outlined their educational use in the subjects: civics, history and literature. The role of different subjects in reorganisation of the debtor's enterprise (comparative study) Abstract This thesis is an analyse of the role of different subjekts involved in reorganization. This thesis is composed of four chapters each of them dealing with one of the key subjects. Different legal systems were compared for this purpose. On one hand reorganisationis a sort of civil procedure, on theother hand it is a sort of contract. This thesis tries to describe this ambiguity in emphasising its contractual basis and judicial framework. Chapter One analyses how the insolvency modifies the position of the management, management is no more completely autonome in its action. In some cases there placement of the management is necessary, especially when the wrongful trading is proven. In most of cases the debt or files for insolvency, prepares a plan of reorganization and becomes a "Debtor in possetion". Different stades of reorganisation in respect with the position of the debtor are examined which shows that the reorganization is a way for thea management how to regain the right to act on behalf of the company. Enterprise on the verge of bankruptcy (some aspects)

The purpose of this thesis is to analyse the administration of the corporation in difficulties. The reason for my research to show how different organs of the corporation are involved in the problem of pre-insolvency situation. This thesis is composed of four chapters each of them dealing with different aspects of the corpotaion threaten of the insolvency. Chapter One is introductory and analyses the legal qualification of the "pre-insolvency" situation. The chapter is subdivided into four parts. In the part one it is explained that the French law exists a special part of commercial law focused on the "entreprises in difficulties". Part two and three explains how the economical difficulties can be measured in relation to the registered capital or the equity and what are the consequences for the administration of the corporation. The part four of the Chapter one deals with "pre-insolvency" situation of the corporation according to "balance-sheet test" and the "insolvency test". The Chapter two examines the problem of acces to the information in relation to the "pre-insolvency" situation inside the corporation.
