The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of foster care performed by grandparents. Foster care is a form of substitute family care in which the foster parent personally takes care of the child and is responsible for his / her upbringing. An individual, spouse or partner who meets the conditions stipulated by law can become a foster parent. They are often the child's grandparents. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to map the opinions of employees of the social and legal protection of children on foster care of grandparents with a focus on the benefits and risks of this foster care. Qualitative research, the method of questioning and the technique of semi-structured interview have been used to achieve the set goal. Interviews were conducted with substitute family care staff at the Department of Social and Legal Protection of Children at municipal authorities, the regional authority in the selected region and the municipality of the selected city. The obtained data have been processed by the method of clustering. The results have shown that, despite the disadvantages of grandparents' foster care, surrogate family care workers have a positive subjective feeling about this form of care. The great advantage, compared to the mediated foster parent, is the family and emotional bond between the grandparent and the child. The child usually knows the grandparent from an early age and is used to the environment where the grandparent lives. This bachelor thesis can be beneficial for social workers working with the family, because it also points to the negative aspects that grandparents' foster care brings. At the same time, it highlights the benefits of this type of foster care.

Integration of Foreigners in Prague, Capital of Czech Republic on the Example of the Pakistanis

The aim of this thesis is to consider the integration of foreigners in the capital of the Czech Republic, with he focus on the Pakistani commuunity. The first part contains explanation of basic terms that are related to the integration of foreigners. Moreover, it includes description of integration policies. The second part focuses on characteristics of countries where the immigrants came from and also on mutual relations between country of emigration and country of immigration. The last, practical, part, which is the most important, is dedicated to research among members of the selected community and to problems of their integration into the dominant society on economical, social and cultural level.

Project of Profession Navigation for Students of Faculty of Management of University of Economics Prague

The aim of thesis is to propose specifications of workshop named Profesní navigace, co se životem na prahu dospělosti?, which is organized at the Faculty of Management of University of Economics (FM VŠE) in Jindřichův Hradec. The seminar is aimed at helping students, who are looking for answers to their questions, which are connected with their entry into adulthood. Trained tutors, authors of course, help them with using the method of process-oriented work. In the theoretical part I am writing about personality development and about methods, which are using to conduct these courses. In the practical part I am applying acquired knowledge into concrete recommendations for further development this workshop.

Proposal to Streamline Logistic Activities in Manufacturing Company

The bachelor thesis focuses on the analysis of the work of the manufacturing and warehouse operators in manufacturing company Nobel Automotive Slovakia s.r.o. and points to the process wastage gaps and introduces suggestions for process improvements. The thesis includes basic concepts of logistics, explains wastage and also describes applied methods Study of Labour. On the basis of theoretical knowledge it describes the current state of the internal logistics activities and material flow in the company. In conclusion of thesis are proposed solutions, which should help to eliminate wastage and streamline monitored logistics activities.

The master thesis focuses on creating a proposal of a realistic business plan for estabilishment of a company ODDO s.r.o. The main part of this company is running coffee shop with focus on specialty coffee. Next part of it is concept store, which will be situated in the same space as coffee shop, extended by e-shop. The proposal is based on theoretical and practical knowledge from area of this business and precise market research.

Business Project - Establishment of a Sports Center

The aim of my thesis is the quality of the business project aimed at establishing a sports center and determine at what cost and for what period of time is possible, while maintaining optimum conditions to open this center. At the same time I wanted to find out what is the relationship of young people for active sports. The theoretical part describes the steps required to create a quality business plan. In the practical part these steps will be put into practice, that means create a definition table, the organizational structure of the project team, create a list of planned expenses and describe systems for directing the project.
