Medical Nurse as the victim of mobbing at the intensive and resuscitation care workplace

Its purpose is to recognize the problems of the mobbing in highly specialized teams of people, renderiug the care at the intensive medicine workplaces. It is no doubt about the fact, that relations among people can be dangerous at the moment, when somebody takes the advantage of superior position to systematic intervention into the professional and private life of other people. In the teoretical level I am concentrated on the utterances, reasous and the course of mobbing process. I give attention to the psychology of the victim and of the culprit I also want to draw near the possibilities of the prevence and the solution of this problem. The core of the dissertation is in the quantitative research in form of the questionnaire. This searching discloses real as well as potential victims of mobbing activities m the uurse - teams of the intensive care. Searched example of the respondents are the nurses from 11 departments of the Faculty Hospital at Hradec Králové. Each department is examined separately. The focus is created by quantitative research targeted on risk factors of cardio-vascular disease. The researched sample is created by patients who are hospitalized for acute myocardial infarction solved by percutaneous coronary intervention in regions Hradec Králové, Pardubice, Ústí nad Orlicí, Brno and Rychnov nad Kněžnou.

This work contains of anatomy, causes, symptoms of treatment and valvular types of replacements. Also discusses cardio rehabilitation refunds after surgery. During writing this work I have realized that it is very important to do the rehabilitation after surgery. I also deepen my knowledge about the early rehabilitation in hospital care. In the empirical part, I want to point out to the nursing problems with patients after heart valve replacement on the day of arrival at the rehabilitation early center and then 14th and 28th day of spa treatment.

Cooperation between nurses and physiotherapists in care of patients at intensive care units

This bachelor's thesis focuses on the cooperation between a nurse and a physiotherapist in care of a patient at intensive care units. It supplies information on negative effects of immobility on human organism and the possible precautions of secondary complications. The central point of the thesis is a quantitative research aimed at the manner, form and efficiency of conducting individual tasks of the rehabilitation treatment by nurses during close cooperation with physiotherapists. The studied sample is constituted by health care personnel of the general nurse branch and physiotherapy during the execution of their professions in a health care institution in Hradec Králové.
