Analyzer of web application
Vašíček, Tomáš ; Lieskovan, Tomáš (referee) ; Martinásek, Zdeněk (advisor)
This work focuses on the identification of technologies in web applications. The main goal is to develop a software tool for basic analysis of web applications that aims to identify the application's operating system, web server, and programming language. This work further aims to allow the developed tool to be integrated into the Penterep platform as an extension module. The theoretical part of this work is an introduction into the area of web application analysis with emphasis on describing and manually demonstrating the existing identification methods. The practical part presents the design, implementation and testing of the developed tool. This part also includes a description of an experimental environment that was built using the Docker platform.

Synthesis of polycyclic compounds containing quaternary carbon centers
Vašíček, Tomáš ; Matoušová, Eliška (advisor) ; Míšek, Jiří (referee)
In this diploma Thesis, a method for the preparation of polycarbocyclic compounds containing all-carbon quaternary centers embedded in triquinane skeleton was prepared. The key reaction sequence leading towards the preparation of these carbocycles was Pd-catalyzed tandem cyclization/Suzuki cross-coupling reaction followed by halocarbocyclization. In the first part of synthetic project, a model oxygen-containing polycyclic derivative was prepared. In the second part, 3 novel polycarbocyclic compounds containing all-carbon quaternary centers were successfully prepared. Synthetic procedure for the starting material required for the key reaction sequence was developed. This approach represents another pathway for the synthesis of polycarbocyclic natural products. Keywords: synthesis, polycyclic compounds, quaternary centers, catalysis
Polar ligands derived from a phosphinoferrocene hydrazide
Vašíček, Tomáš ; Štěpnička, Petr (advisor) ; Schulz, Jiří (referee)
Title: Polar ligands derived from a phosphinoferrocene hydrazide Author: Tomáš Vašíček Institution: Faculty of Science, Charles University in Prague, Department of Inorganic Chemistry Supervisor: prof. RNDr. Petr Štěpnička, Ph.D. This thesis describes the syntheses of three new ligands derived from a phosphinoferrocene hydrazide, namely 1'-(diphenylphosphino)ferrocene-1-carbohydrazide. The reaction conditions were optimized by varying the reaction time and temperature in order to achieve high yields and purity of the products. Newly prepared compounds that bear extended polar groups were characterized by NMR spectroscopy, mass spectrometry, infrared spectroscopy and by elemental analysis. Additionally, the molecular structure of 1'-(diphenylphosphino)-1- {[2-(aminocarbonyl)hydrazino]-carbonyl}ferrocene (8) was determined by X-ray diffraction analysis. Key words: Ferrocene, Phosphines, Hydrazides
