Evalution of the Financial Situation in the Firm

Bachelor thesis is focused to evaluace the performance of the Zemědělské družstvo se sídlem ve Sloupnici. The aim of this work is to provide the financial analyse of this cooperative during the time period starting 2008 to 2010. The theoretical part is devoted to the financial analyse. It deals with the information sources, phases and finanacial analysis methods and with particular indicators calculations. The practical part consists of cooperative description, the financial analyse of the financial results and summary financial situation of the company. in conclusion are mentioned possible solutions of the problems of the cooperative. There are used the vertical and horizontal analyses, flow and proportional indicatorst and bankruptcy and creditworthy models in the thesis.

History of athletic club LIAZ Jablonec n/N from narrators point of view

The main goal of this thesis is to show the history of the athletic club LIAZ Jablonec. Athletics as a royal sport has been acknowledged since ancient times. Cultivating human body and mind, and improving not only physical, but also psychical features of man. The beginning of athletics in Jablonec is dated back in 1947. Therefore in 2017, there will be a 70-year anniversary. This sport influenced a lot of people in Jablonec , who made it to the top positions in national statistics. Because of athletics there was a massive migration of people, coaches and athletes to Jablonec. Also I was influenced by athletics. Given these reasons I have decided to look into this topic. The theoretical part of this thesis sums up the history based on historical sources from the beginning to present day focused on functioning in the early years, development into a successful club, that had athletes in the highest league in Czechoslovakia and represented this country at the main events worldwide, its following downfall from the top ranks. The experimental part of this thesis adds a close up look on the conditions and background this club offered from the perspective of narrators, the change after 1989, their view of the current situation and their opinion about the future development of athletics in Jablonec nad Nisou.

This thesis "The Tatra company in the period of so-called normalization through eyes of its employees and residents of Kolín", concerning of state privatized enterprise in Kolín. This thesis examines the views and daily life of the employees of the company and residents of Kolín. The work provides an overview of the history and development of the company Tatra. Represents district Kolín and focuses primarily on the description in the period of. Normalization, which touched city, business, residents but also the whole of Czechoslovakia. The thesis is based mainly on archival materials, historical periodicals and interviews, which were conducted by the method oral history with contemporary witnesses. It connects the working environment, personal lives, leisure activities, social culture of the city and residents who were part of a large company and history of the city of Kolín. At the same time, the work seeks to highlight the positives and negatives period of so-called normalization and current relationship of people to the place where they lived more or less part of their lives.

History of the city Jílové near Děčín after 1945: Transfer and Settlement in the Narratives of Its Inhabitants

This thesis considers a difficult period of the post-war period of history in Jílové near Děčín. The main chapters of this work deal with the themes of transfer of Germans from the city and with the following event of settlement of new inhabitants. The aim of this thesis is to reflect the period of the national migration in Jílové. Last but not least this work aims to reveal micro-historical view on a process of key events in a small city considering individual life stories. Submitted thesis is based on available archive materials and literature. At the same time there was applied a method of oral history. In the following chapters there are introduced 6 life stories of inhabitants of Jílové who helped with their narrations to describe the key themes of this research as well as "small history" of everyday life in the post-war era. Rock-Climbing in the Region of the Bohemian Paradise in the Second Half of the 20th Century

Rock climbing in the cities of the Bohemian Paradise became widely popular already by the end of the 19th century. Quite specific qualities of the local sandstone attracted domestic as well as foreign climbers right from the beginning. After 1948, many of the regional climbers, whose qualities were undisputable even in the nationwide scale, remained reliant upon climbing merely within the borders of the former Czechoslovakia. Until 1989, majority of them were not allowed to travel abroad and thus they could not prove their skills and qualities worldwide. There was a very limited number of those who could participate in foreign expeditions and thus fulfil their dreams. The rare contact with foreign climbers became a source of new information, new styles and trends in climbing, and an access to new equipment and gear in general. To many domestic climbers, however, such sources remained unattainable, and without them they were often left to develop and produce their equipment by their own, until they were allowed to travel to the West. This paper, with the help of the method of the oral history and qualitative subject analysis, gives a concise picture of the history of rock climbing in the Bohemian Paradise in the context of the constraints set by the communist Czechoslovakia. The vanished village of Přísečnice in the memories of its inhabitants

This thesis explores the history of Přísečnice, a no longer existing village in the district of Chomutov, which had to give way to a construction project for a drinking water reservoir and dam of the same name in the early 1970's. The first part of the thesis briefly describes the history of Přísečnice up until 1945; the second part focuses on the village developments after World War II until its destruction. The latter part describes how the village evolved in the 1940's and 1950's, and depicts the municipal life in the 1960's as well. It also discusses the reasons why a decision was made to create the reservoir, traces back the construction project negotiations and the issues that arose at that time due to the plan to ruin Přísečnice and the surrounding settlements. This part also describes the actual process of destroying the village, which started by eliminating the cemetery early in 1970 and ended with the demolition of the last houses in 1974. The third part of the thesis reports on the lives of Přísečnice's former inhabitants after their relocation and looks at their current feelings toward the location where they had spent longer or shorter periods of their lives. Czech Social Democratic Party renewal and its activities in Kutna Hora district from 1989 till 1998

Thesis is about The Czech Social Democratic Party and its activities between 1989 and 1998 focusing on those happening in Kutna Hora district. The aim is to introduce not so well known topic in a comprehensive way - motions of Kutna Hora executive district committee together with descriptions of peoples' personal lives acting in the field of Czech Social Democratic Party. National development of the Czech Social Democratic Party and its influence on Kutna Hora executive district committee has been described. The methods used in processing of this thesis were: exploration of the archival documents, literature research focused on the topic and oral history. Summary of Kutna Hora executive district committee activities as well as reminder of people who were important for the history of Kutna Hora' s Czech Social Democratic Party is, in my opinion, the merit of the thesis.

Property loss of the czech families - nationalization and restitution of the real estates, qualitative research

The topic of the thesis is post-war nationalization of the Czech inhabitants' properties into the state's ownership with reflection for the property return to the hands of the original owners, or rather to the hands of their heirs by means of the restitution proceedings. The restitution started in early 1990's and it is still in progress. The main target is to find out in what way have both transactions taken place, in what way the propertyless families have been affected, and last but not least, how the restitution has influenced being of the family in the last twenty after- revolution years, as well as how the related family perceived recent situation and finally in what way have been violated perception of justice regarding private ownership sanctity. The empirical part of the thesis is built on interviews with 5 chosen narators, who have been recorded by oral history technique. The basic question of the thesis is "family relation to the property" in progress of the researched years of 1948 - 2012. The main idea of the research is based on impulses given by the relation of the society to the unchangable history in connection to the change of legal relations, which is being brought by every new period.

Emigration from Czechoslovakia to Austria in the eighties of the 20th Century

For the theme of my dissertation I chose a emigration to Austria from communist Czechoslovakia druing the eighties of the twentieth century. The aim of this work is to make a interpretation of emigration and exile in this period and uncover the life stories of three generations of one family which was affected by this experience with the application of oral historical research on selected emigrants in Austria and with the use of other archival sources.
