Resumé: The Establishment and Primal Development of Sacral Centre by the Saint Nicolas Church {today St. Egidius} in Royal Town Nymburk The study is based on cross-disciplinary methodic, on work with written and unwritten founts relating to beginnings and development of sacral centre by the St. Nicolas Church in Nymburk in the 13th and 14th century. St. Nicolas Church {today St. Egidius} has not already regular constructional and historical research. The study endeavors to ascertain amount of presumable appearance of the presbytery of the church. It aims to size up, which ones from the architectonical wholes or details should be original, historical and what times they could have been from. Long-term transformation of the church building can be research from the unwritten founts and single building. The latest discovering of old remains of constructional phases of the church appertains to Hilbert's restoration. The quantity of his plans and drawings has not already been studied in detail and there have not been any criticism of them. In this set there is both documentation of foregone state and materials relating to restoration. Media image of the film director Karel Zeman in 1945-1989 in czech media

The topic of the thesis is work of Karel Zeman - the important Czechoslovakian film director of the second half of 20th century and his media image in the Czech media of that period. Karel Zeman is one of the leading figures of post-war cinematography, especially one of it's branch - animated film. Karel Zeman is famous for his feature films Journey to the Beginning of Time, The Fabulous World of Jules Verne and The Fabulous Baron Munchausen, in which he combined performed and animated parts. His work is so specific and so tied together with the director that after his death nobody was able to continue in it. The thesis describes in chronological way Karel Zeman's work, from the first short animated films over the most famous featured combined films to the featured animated fairy tales for children. For understanding of the whole context the thesis briefly describes beginning of animation in the world and in Czechoslovakia and also continuously touch important changes in Czechoslovakian cinematography, which directly affected Zeman's work (post-war situation, nationalization of cinematography). The master thesis focuses on utilizing of The European Structural and Investment Funds in the rural tourism in the current Programming Period (2014-2020). The main concern of the thesis is defining the options of supporting the rural tourism from the ESI funds in the current Programming Period. In the thesis is introduced a factual exaple of a business plan to create an agrotourism facility in Liberec region using the mentioned funds. The business plan is going to be actualy realized.

FSC production on the Czech market

The aim of this diploma thesis was to analyze the current effects of FSC production on the Czech market. The analysis of certified products in the Czech Republic was performed from the perspective of consumers and companies. The first step was a short consumer survey, which was distributed among respondents in electronic and paper versions. The main objective of this research was to measure awareness of FSC logo and its effects in the consumer choice process. The second part of this research was dedicated to companies producing or selling certified furniture. The field research was conducted among selected stores situated in České Budějovice.

Analysis of the behaviour of selected categories of breeding cows

The aim of this thesis was to assess the differences in behavior of the two categories of beef cattle of Limousine breed, reared in the system without market production of milk, specifically heifers and cows with calves. Two seasons were selected (summer and winter) for the observation and the accent was on observing basic categories of behavior, such as feed intake, rest, standing and movement. The place where the research took place was the farm "Černěveský háj" located on the boundary of Strakonice, Prachatice and Budějovice district. Both behavioral studies were conducted for whole twenty-four hours. For night monitoring hunting camera with programmable video recording was used. The recorded data were written to the ethogram using descriptive interval method with length of interval of 10 minutes. During both observations the fundamental rules of ethology were respected. Traced values were evaluated by absolute time, its percentage and frequency and were subsequently completed with appropriate description. The results from this ethological research of heifers and cows with calves during two different seasons show that older cows have more regular and more keep basic categories of behavior during the day and more extend their regular behavior even throughout the year. Older subjects are able to make better use of pasture than heifers and address to it more time of the day (40% resp. 35%). During consummation of preserved feed ration heifers shortened their feed intake compared to cows (39% resp. 31%). By heifers there was also significant movement restriction, but to a lesser extent than in the case of cows. At the same time heifers prolonged period of rest from 33% to 50%. In conclusion, the obtained results show that the area in which the cows are kept is suitable for raising beef cattle without market production of milk. The breeder could only focus more on supplementing of graze with elements supporting natural welfare of beef cattle in year-round grazing.

Organic food and its position in contemporary retailing

This thesis deals with the current position of the organic food on current retail market in the Czech Republic. The introduction part explains what is the organic food and farming, of which organic products are produced. The work describes the development of organic farming in the world and in Czech and then also provides information on the current status. There is also described in detail the current market of organic food, their production, distribution, export and import and the attitude of Czech population to this sector. The practical part deals with the analysis of the situation of organic food in stores of retail chain SPAR Česká obchodní společnost s.r.o. It provides the readers with an interview with a company's product manager, as well as the results of the survey in stores, which has analyzed the current offer of the organic food in particular stores. It also provides the results of a questionnaire survey among the customers of SPAR ČOS.

Behaviors in beef cattle in the intermediate

The aim of this thesis was to obtain and evaluate information from behavioural monitoring of beef cattle herd raised in the system without market milk production in the year-round grazing. The behaviour was recorded using interval descriptive method with the length of the interval 10 minutes. The monitoring showed that the feed intake was most intensive in spring (54 %) and the lowest feed intake in winter (39 %). The movement of the cows in spring and winter does not exceed 7% of the day. The biggest movement was registered in summer (12 %). The above findings were compared with data obtained from other authors and theirs researches. The achieved results show that this farming method is very suitable for ecological and aesthetic use of grasslands and doesn't affect the natural behaviour of animals and contributes to improve their welfare.

Comparison of the Czech and Belgian presidency of the EU: preparation, course, results.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to compare the Czech and Belgian Presidency of the European Union, especially the preparation, course and results, including factors which could have affected these two Presidencies. The first part of this thesis is theoretical and describes the basic institutional system of European Union, rotating presidency system and changes caused by Lisbon Treaty. This part also contains a chapter concerning initial situation of these countries (brief geographic characteristics, political system and position in the European Union). The second part deals directly with the Czech and Belgian Presidency. It mentions their preparation, course, results and assessment to analyse and compare their differences and common features. French written summary and French-Czech glossary are included.

Taxes of Consumption Incidence in Czech Republic

This diploma paper deals with the tax incidence of cigarette tax in the period of the changes in rates of this duty in the Czech Republic. The main aim of this paper is to find out how the cigarette tax shifts on consumer and producer. Moving of tax burden was found out thanks to investigation of cigarette prices in the period from September 2007 to February 2008. The amount of tax was calculated from these prices. Various periods were compared and results were closely analysed. Fiscal and educative function of cigarette tax was monitored in this paper too. Educative function was found out by the help of trend in the number of smokers and their cigarettes consumption, whilst fiscal function was demonstrated by trend of payment excise duties. At the close of diploma paper are mentioned also tax avoidances of the excise duty on cigarettes, that are large problem all the time not only in the Czech Republic.
