Tato práce je zaměřena na oblast lidských zdrojů, konkrétně na optimalizaci a zefektivnění interních personálních procesů ve společnosti IT/Telco, a to pomocí souboru ukazatelů Human Resource Scorecard. Teoretická část definuje termíny, jakými jsou například balanced scorecard, human resource scorecard a benchmarking. Dále popisuje jednotlivé ukazatele a jejich vzorce. Praktická část uvádí výpočty ukazatelů za čtvrtletí let 2008 a 2009, jejich zhodnocení, vývoj a interní benchmarking a navrhuje řešení na zlepšení procesů v dané oblasti.

This thesis is focused on a section of personal management concretely on the education and the employee development in companies. The theoretic part describes the system of company education, identification of educational demands, planning, realization and classification of company education. Next it occupies by a problem how to correctly choose the training company. The practical part analyses the contemporary education system in the company TOS Kuřim-OS, a. s. and mentions the possibilities of its improvement.

Identification of significant spectral components in speach signal in stress

The aim of this master’s thesis is to learn the problem of analysis and identification of significant spectral components in speech signal. Based on learning a special literature chooses the suitable methods of spectrum estimate. Does learning the literature in specification of testing of spectral components significate. Makes a procedure for identification of chosen speech formants. Does this procedure for audio signals both of in stress and in normal state. Estimates the results, compares efficiency of chosen methods and determine threshold for chosen formant of analyzed stress signal. States the recommendations for speech spectral analysis in stress situation.

Acoustical detection of gunshots in the open

This work is concerned with gunshot detection and recognition. Contains overview of published works and methods used in this field. Furthermore, it lists several commercial gunshot detectors. Binary gunshot detection and recognition algorithm is proposed which discriminates between gunshot and non-gunshot sounds occuring in nature. Algorithm is tested in Matlab. Proposed algorithm is implemented in TMS320C6713 digital signal processor, achieved results are compared.

This diploma thesis with estimation of pitch period of the human voice. The paper listed some of the methods for Estimation of pitch period and method for preprocessing and final processing of the signal after application of functions to determine the frequency of the pitch period in graphical user interface.

Effect of alcohol on speech signal

The main theme of the thesis is to examine the influence of alcohol on the speech apparatus and speech signal. The first part is focused on symptoms and detection of alcohol concentration in the human body. The following part describes somescientific publications and projects, which dealt witha a similar theme. Also the czech documentation to german database ALC was created. Based on phonetic knowledge, Czech text was compiled. Different speakers were reading this text so we go tour own database of alcoholic and sober speech. Samples from individual speakers are processed using linear prediction, formant and cepstral analysis in MATLAB and the effect of alcohol on selected parameters of speech signal is evaluated.

The thesis analysis of employee education, the theory focuses on describing the basic knowledge about the process of learning and competency approach. The practical part is being aimed at the analysis of employee education of business partners of Opel Southeast Europe, LLC, provided by Raytheon Training International GmbH. Based on the analysis have been identified absences and proposed improvements.

NNLab - platform base for text-to-speech synthesis

Prosody modelling in synthetic speech is one of the possible applications of artificial neural nets (ANN). The training and testing files for prosody modelling by ANN must be large; therefore it is useful to automatize the process. The modular program system NNLab is a powerful tool for an easy-to-operate ANN system for prosody modelling of synthetic speech. In the center of NNL environment is a database that contains data that characterize the ANN. The system is done in MATLAB, V5.2, NN Toolbox V2.O.

Fundamental frequency and duration modelling by neural networks

This contribution presents the application of a neural network for the fundamental frequency (F.sub.0./sub.) determination and for the modeling of phonemes duration. The minimization of the number of input parameters and the reduction of the structure redundancy is described. The pruning method of artificial neural networks is s suitable tool.
