Legal protection of design focusing on fashion industry

This thesis focuses on definition of all possibilities of legal protection of design relating to the fashion industry and fashion design. Thesis defines term design, its fundamental types, typical characters and special features. Next part deals with design as the immaterial thing, as the thing in legal sense and its categorization due to adoption of New Civil Code and broader concept of the thing in legal sense differentiating on material and immaterial. From the area of forms of legal protection thesis pursues particularly protection through copyright, industrial designs, trademarks and unfair competition. Simultaneously it compares the relationship of protection through copyright and industrial designs as well as industrial designs and trademarks. Another part is dedicated to public and private legal means which designer may use providing that there is interference with his rights. Apart from specification of forms and means of legal protection, which are available in the Czech Republic, this thesis aims to describe opportunities of designer in the international area and area of the European Union. Authorship of the online photography

This thesis focuses on the issue of authorship of the online photograph. For purpose of dealing with this matter the thesis defines term photograph from the media and legal point of view and deals with the ethical and the legal aspect of use of photograph. The thesis pursues the principle of authorship and stipulates all the conditions which shall be fulfilled in order to determine the origin of authorship. Other part of this thesis is focused on the possible means of use of online photograph with and without the consent of its author according to the applicable laws of the Czech Republic. In this part, all suitable means of use of photograph are described - use for the personal need, free use and news licence. The licence agreement and related matter of online photograph provided by the photo bank are analysed as the use of online photograph with the consent of the author. In conclusion of the practical part, the thesis briefly pursues court decisions in connection with the use of online photograph available so far. Final part of this thesis deals with the issue of use of online photograph in practice. How to properly adjust eating manners for dancer´s life

My master´s thesis is focused on dancers and their eating manners. There is a big range of problems there, I am focusing here on properly feeding adult dancers. Different works are working with the other problems as a feeding adolescent dancers, eating disorders etc. My inspiration for this thesis was proper fueling athletes, because both of them sport as well as a dance are hard physical work, energetic requests on the body are equal.

My bachelor thesis is focused on a comparison of dance steps and elements of selected folklore regions of Bohemia, Moravia and Silesia. Given pithiness work touches on four areas - central and eastern Bohemia, Lachian and Wallachia. Only marginally are given references to other areas. Each region is characterized by a number of its typical features for yourself. The most important factors are: geographical location of the region's natural conditions that characterize it and the way of life of the territory.

This thesis discusses the organizational culture of Teledin s.r.o. The theoretical part is devoted to explanation of terms related to organizational culture and current findings in the measurement of organizational culture, and possible approaches to its measurement. Practical part based on the methodology analyzes and assesses the corporate culture of the selected company.
