Diplomová práce pojednává o organizační kultuře společnosti Teledin s.r.o. Teoretická část práce je věnovaná vysvětlení pojmů týkajících se organizační kultury a dále dosavadním zjištěním v oblasti měření organizační kultury a možným přístupům k jejímu měření. Praktická část na základě zvolené metodologie analyzuje a hodnotí firemní kulturu vybrané společnosti. This thesis discusses the organizational culture of Teledin s.r.o. The theoretical part is devoted to explanation of terms related to organizational culture and current findings in the measurement of organizational culture, and possible approaches to its measurement. Practical part based on the methodology analyzes and assesses the corporate culture of the selected company.
