A new production technology of a rotational part

This master’s thesis is focused on a new production technology of a rotational part. The SolidWorks software was used for create the component design. According to the proposed models, CNC program using parametric programming using mathematical functions was created in the CNC Syntax Editor Free Edition program. The final step was the experimental verification of the functionality and components compared with other type and the economical evaluation of manufactured components.

The master's thesis focuses on distribution in a selected company. The company has been going through many changes which affect the whole logistic chain. The company is pushed by the current market situation to change processes in the central warehouse and in the costumer distribution. The author analyses all these changes and compares them to the theory. The author also proposes some improvements for efficiency increase in single parts of the logistic chain. There is not only theory used for these proposals. The proposed solutions are based on his own work experience and inspiration from different companies.

Starting a business in an accounting context

The subject of this thesis is the accounting and tax solution of starting a limited liability company. The dissertation tries to find answers to concrete practical problems. At first, attention is paid to legal and administrative steps of company foundation, the whole process is divided into several primary phases. After that follows the detailed analysis of formation expenses and the first accounting period. A fiscal year is also mentioned. The largest part of this thesis is dedicated to accounting and tax aspects of capital contributions. Here are described some important issues arising from the current wording of the relevant legislation. The final section deals with the beginning of bookkeeping and as a part of this chapter the important issues of argumentativeness of accounting, choice of accounting policies, internal guidelines and a chart of accounts are solved. Some of these questions have not yet been discussed in professional literature at all, or very little, therefore their solution is the main contribution of this work.

The subject of my thesis is evaluation of procedures in part of Family Frost supply chain. The work is divided into two parts -- methodological and practical. In methodological part I summarized pieces of knowledge from professional literature. Thanks to this I could better understand procedures inside of the company. In practical part I focused on analysis of logistic procedures in the company. My goal was to find weakness and to suggest solutions for improvement.

Účetní a daňové aspekty rizikových pohledávek

Cílem práce je poskytnout komplexní přehled o problematice rizikových pohledávek v účetnictví, včetně daňových aspektů. Vedle účetních postupů používaných v České republice jsou zde představeny také ty, které se používají v mezinárodním kontextu. Čtenáři tak lépe umožňuje srovnání jednotlivých přístupů. Aktuálnost tématu z českého pohledu podtrhují významné změny téměř všech souvisejících právních předpisů, většinou s účinností od 1.1.2008, které budou muset účetní jednotky respektovat při sestavování nadcházející účetní závěrky. Jelikož bylo při zpracování práce použito posledního platného znění těchto právních předpisů, lze jejích poznatků využít pro potřeby této účetní závěrky. Teoretický výklad je doplněn řadou rad z účetní praxe a jeho pochopení usnadňují také názorné příklady.
